We found Great Day Dental in 2016 when we moved to Madison. My husband and I have felt confident with their professionalism, knowledge, and expertise. The hygienists are personable and gentle and reassuring. Gail, is the first person you see when you e tee into the Monona office and she always has a smile on her face even when the Packers loose and is always willing to go the extra mile if you have a question. I had an emergency dental problem and Dr.K and Dr. C. came to my aid immediately. They will be my dentist of choic e forever. Thank you Great Day Dental. Thank you

I wrote this review 5 years ago. It is a true today as when it was first written... Great, friendly staff. Very professional. The cleanings are painless (they use water jets). Dr. Kiecker clearly takes pride in her work and she was very responsive and helpful when I had a weekend emergency. We had an excellent dentist, but he retired and our first attempt to find a good one failed miserably. Then we found Great Day Dental. My family has been going to Great Day for a few years now. It is great to have a really good dentist again! Highly recommended.

I've been a customer since 2011 and it's my pleasure to say I don't see myself going anywhere else for dentistry, very polite and professional and the work they do is outstanding, if you want a great smile, stop in for all your dental needs.

I've had my share of dental issues and great day has helped. I appreciate that they give options and consideration of financial issues. There are times when scheduling can be hard if you want to see a specific dentist but Gayle at the front does try her hardest to make something work.

I love this place, it is nicely updated and the vibe is always great. I found out my my dental plan was out of net work with Great Day Dental but even then I'm willing to pay the little extra that isn't covered because the staff and service is really great. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Dr Cho and staff are amazing! My concerns are listened to and addressed as needed, and they are respectful, courteous and best of all, really kind. This is a group of genuine, caring people. I suffer from memory impairments and Gayle always makes sure I don't miss my appointments. The staff here is just great and I couldn't imagine a better team for my dental needs.

We were not impressed with this dental office. Despite all the staff being very nice, there were things that were quite off, which is why I cannot recommend them over other dentist offices in Madison. Many times they told us we needed procedures, like getting a crown, that after getting another consult from another dentist, they told us we didn't need. The last straw was when I needed to get a mouth guard and it was gonna be over $700. They weren't helpful at all in trying to think of how we could get the cost down through medical or anything. So I called a few other dentist offices in madison in a total panic. They were more helpful than great day dental and I wasn't even a patient of theirs yet. The other thing I'll say, is that they give out $25 gift cards to people who give a review on Google Reviews. Again, that just seems odd for any type of medical service or clinic. Again, staff was kind, but I could not recommend this place, in good conscience.

As someone with extreme anxiety when it comes to any dental procedure, I was blown away by how each and every staff member went above and beyond to make me feel at ease and comfortable. They went at my pace, explained everything along the way, kept checking in to see how I was doing and gave me SO much moral support! Because of them, who knows, I may end up enjoying going to the dentist!!
