I've been coming here for about the past 3 years and couldn't be happier with the experience I've had. All of the dentists, techs, and staff have been nothing but nice, while being informative and thoughtful about any concerns I have.

Highly attuned to patient well-being. Before the dentist started to work, she asked me, how are you feeling? I said, well, I'm worried and apprehensive. I assumed we were making conversation, but she immediately stopped and asked, would a change to more calming music help? And she switched the music. Then she asked, would headphones help? I was amazed at the difference those things made. Then the hygienist asked me after an hour, "do you need a bathroom break?" These small things, plus the direct and thorough explanations of my dental care, made a difficult process much more bearable. I highly recommend, especially for anyone who has avoided needed dental care out of fear.

Wonderful experience! All the equipment is up to date, and the view from the chair is so soothing. It was the gentlest cleaning I've ever had, and the staff are fantastic. I'm happy to say that I've found my new dentist!

Great Day Dental is a really fantastic dental practice. Dr. Kiecker has gone above and beyond for me on more than one occasion. I had trouble with a crown back in 2019 and needed a couple of back-to-back appointments on short notice to get it fixed. They accommodated me without question. When the same crown gave me a problem two years later, Dr. Kiecker and team got me in fast, fixed the issue quickly and painlessly, and went above and beyond once again. Dr. Kiecker stands by her work and it shows. I'm really impressed with the whole team. Thanks! Edit: Dr. Kiecker continues to be an outstanding dentist and her team are great. I really appreciate their work.

I just had my first crown put on and the whole experience was a breeze! The front office was very helpful with pricing and insurance. Dr. Kiecker and Marleen were quick and considerate, making the whole process painless. Definitely recommend their practice!

First time back since Covid and I met Jamie and Dr Cho. It was a friendly and stress-free visit even after so long. I was dreading what they'd find during my cleaning, but I'm back on track. I LOVE the addition of the office dog - Lucy. I've had dental anxiety my entire life and she helped me relax.

My 5 year old was seen last fall for the third time by Dr Becca, and now after switching dentists because she was so fast and seemed to take very little care, the new dentist has discovered several cavities, none of which she even told me to watch or to brush more carefully! Amazingly awful malpractice on her part! She also put a drill into my husband's cheek while trying to fix a cavity and gave him a major injury. If I could put zero stars, I would.

Had my first appointment at Great Day Dental today and it was a wonderful experience. I had some doubts about a few dental places over the last years and Great Day confirmed that my doubts were correct about some things I was told from the other places. Very friendly and knowledgeable, I would recommend anyone in the area to go.

It's a very friendly place and the Dr Kiekler and Jaime are very caring. They took great care sanitizing everything and made me feel very comfortable. I'm so glad I found great day dental.

Great Day Dental lives up to its name. All staff is invariably helpful and competent, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the premises are immaculately clean and comfortable. I am very grateful for the professional care I received here. I would like to note that Andrea has given good guidance and advice, and Dr Kiecker combines strong professionalism with a radiant personality that ensures that I look forward to every appointment.

Staff is friendly and caring, space is modern and clean. Hygienists are positive and do a great job cleaning and advising on good dental care. Dr. Cho is kind & knowledgeable. The administrative staff previews costs for future work and is helpful in planning appointments.

The office is warm and welcoming and every hygienist I've met has been exceptionally caring and skillful. I was having a bad day today and not excited about having an appointment, but Jamie's calm presence and kind nature turned my day around. Why anyone would have their teeth cared for anywhere else is beyond me.
