Dr. Wozniak grew up in Milwaukee, WI and completed her undergraduate degree at The University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh where she graduated with honors. She received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree with the highest honors from The College of Dental Medicine at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona, which was named the best dental school in the country. Dr. Wozniak enjoys educating her patients about their oral health and also transforming smiles with beautiful aesthetic restorations. Each year she dedicates countless hours furthering her education to be able to provide her patients with the most advanced, gentle, and highest quality of care possible. When she is not helping people with their smiles, Dr. Wozniak loves many outdoor activities such as camping, biking, and boating with her family and friends. She is very adventurous and is always exploring new places with her husband and their miniature husky, Taz.
Chelly is our Clinical Administrator. She graduated from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College of Marinette where she obtained her Applied Science Degree as an Administrative Professional. Chelly is also one of our trainedTreatment Coordinators and is here to help you with any of your treatment needs.
Chelly understands that every patient is different and is committed to understanding your individual treatment and scheduling needs to help you on your path to a healthier self. Outside of the office she enjoys being with her husband Mike, two boys, Aidan and Brady and daughter Emmy. She also enjoys fishing, hunting, walking, crafts, and hanging out with family and friends.
Charlotte is our Patient and Treatment Coordinator. She is either the first person to greet you as you walk in or the last to see you before you go. Her goal is to ensure you're comfortable throughout your visit and that all your needs are met before you leave.
Charlotte has over 18 years of patient care experience and has spent much of her time caring for community members in the nursing home. She is also uniquely versed in the auto industry and can talk cars with you all day long!
Amber graduated from NWTC in Green Bay May of 2020. She comes to us with a wealth of knowledge and chairside experience. She is passionate about educating her patients and giving them their best smile, they deserve.
Andrea graduated from the Dental Assistant program from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, and has been a Dental Assistant for over 30 years. She loves being able to serve our patients with compassion and provide a positive outlook on their treatment.
Andrea has a wonderful husband, two blessed daughters and an affectionate dog, Chopper. Andrea enjoys reading, biking, skiing and traveling with family. Andrea spent many years as a CNA so she also enjoys caring for family members and loved ones in times of need.
