I had to have a long procedure. The dentist Dr. Nielsen was so kind and gentle The entire time! He did a fabulous job and never hurt me! I really can't say enough about what a great job he did! Everyone there it's kind and helpful! Thank God for them!

I have been seeing Dr. Price for over 10 years, and I was there today for my bi-annual cleaning. All of the staff there are wonderful, and my hygienist is caring, sweet, and makes my visits something I actually look forward to. Dr. Price is wonderful and has fixed issues with my teeth in the past. He is kind, gentle, and always professional. Thank you Great Basin Dental!

Staff is always so kind and helpful! Only reason for the 4 star and not five is that their website says their cleanings include a polish, but they are not doing that right now due to CoVid. Understandable, but I was not informed of it and had to call and ask later if they forgot or something. Plus my gums are pretty destroyed from the scraping. Never had that be an issue before this visit, but this time was very painful.

This office is the best dental care office in the area. The staff is attentive and friendly and efficient. Always greeted with happy attitude. Dental hygienist are nice and you can tell they enjoy working there. Dr Price is super nice and easy to talk to and will make reccomendations with no pressure. He provides gentle care and is always making sure you are comfortable. I wouldn't go anywhere else

I hate going to the dentist, but I am always so well taken care of I wonder why going to a dentist makes me nervous. Very professional staff. I was definitely well taken care of and my teeth feel GREAT!

I had the best experience. The lobby is nice, reception was on top their game, and Dr Price delivered exceptional patient care. I never waited for anything and felt good when I left.

I have had many bad experiences with dentists. After moving to Elko I wanted to make sure that didn't happen again. And Dr Neilson is the right guy. He is wonderful. I had a root canal and crown. During the process my mother died. They worked with me on scheduling. They are always helpful. I would recommend this office to anyone I meet.

Was traveling from West Sacramento, Ca to Elko for the long 4th of July weekend when one of my crowns popped out. I was able to get an appt on Fri am to have the crown re-cemented on. Wonderful Dentist and Asst. Very professional and knowledgeable.
