They refer you for everything, even if your child is cooperative. They did half of my child's fillings with no problem and then decided they weren't going to do the rest. Waste of time!

I take my 7 year old son here. Great staff, very friendly and helpful staff. My son is comfortable about getting his teeth cleaned and worked on by himself. I recommend this dentistry to any one looking for a pediatric dentistry.

NOT recommended!!!!! My 2 girls were taken to the back from my car, it was for a cleaning. The whole thing took 3 hours. What in the world do you need to clean for 3 hours, especially that they had more than one person doing the job, and my girls told me that they were sat down in a bench, and others that would come in would be serviced. I said that that would be the last time I am ever there. They just lost 4 patients!!!!

My daughter was at the Grayson office a few weeks back (one day when it was rather cold outside), it was also extremely cold in the office that day. When I asked why they kept it so cold in there, I was told that the heat was broken. Now some weeks later we are back and the same issue is still occurring. The staff are all great but it is entirely getting too cold to keep going with no heat. Need help fixing the issue?

I moved to this area recently and wanted to book an appointment near the winter break. Grayson Pediatric Dentistry was the only place with appointments available in January, so I gave it a try. I should have looked them up on Yelp and known that they have only 1.5 star rating before going in. My 5-year old son had cavities on his front teeth. We first found out when he was four. His previous dentists recommended just monitoring instead of filling them since his cavities were not severe and kids usually lose their front teeth when they are six or seven. This doctor, however, immediately recommended for filling and started talking about the sedation options after less than one- minute examination. My son is turning six next month and we are talking about teeth that he might lose within a year. Is it really worth putting him to sleep for the treatment? If yes, can you explain why? When I asked the doctor how severe the cavities were and whether or not my son would need an immediate treatment, she just said that the cavities were not super big but a decent(?) size and she usually just recommends filling. Overall, the interaction with the dentist was very rushed to the point that I felt uncomfortable asking questions. I hope that they showed me the x-rays they took to explain at least. Lastly, the place itself is not a kid-friendly and warm environment for children; rather, it is very cold, both people and the office. You would not guess this is a pediatric dental office without looking at their sign at the entrance. The lady who took the x-ray was the only one who had a positive interaction with my children.

I absolutely love the way Dr. Asha and her staff go over the top to make me and my children extremely comfortable. She explains everything in depth leaving all of my questions answered without me having to ask them. They are always accommodating with scheduling all three of my children together, which is next to impossible with other medical providers. I could not imagine taking my children anywhere else.

As always, great professional and A+++ service. My kids have been seeing Dr. Asha for more than 8 years now and will continue to do so until they are adults. Her work is very thorough and she explains everything that is happening in detail. I would highly recommend them and would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

Today's cleaning took about 30 minutes. The complaint I have is they email and text obsessively. I made my appointment a week or so out and got 6 emails and 4 text. Then I got called an hour before my appointment asking if I was near so I could bring him in. That's over the top for me.

Ive been coming here for about two years, never had an issue like today. We bring our three kids on the same day so I understand there is a wait. They call my oldest name, they put her under nitrous not realizing they had the wrong patient!!! They gave her oxygen afterwards. They bring out the kids give us the details and then realize my middle child needs something else done. They bring him in and we expect to be done in a few minutes. They put him in back of the line even though it was their mistake. Never had this type of issue until today. So it turned out to be a little over 2hrs for their appointment.

Please do NOT bring your child to this dentist. Dr. Asha "misdiagnosed" ALL 3 of my children. I was told that child 1 needed SIXTEEN fillings, child 2 needed 1 filling, and child 3 needed 2 fillings. I was also told that child 3 needed oral sedation and that if I didn't want to do that then They would put a weighted blanket on him and if he raised his hand they would give him a shot to sedate him. I was also told that I could not be in the office during any of my children's treatments. Today I went and got a second opinion and only CHILD 1 needed ONE filling and children 2 and 3 didn't need ANY fillings. My children would have had irreversible damages to their teeth.. pain and suffering.

I took my 3 year old son here who was pretty nervous. Dr. Asha and her staff were amazing! They made him feel so comfortable and eased his nerves. He actually commented on how nice they all were as we were leaving!
