Patient Relations serves as an advocate for our patients and a liaison for staff to address your concerns and facilitate a resolution.

To support our efforts to promote patient satisfaction and improved patient care, we have engaged an independent patient satisfaction company, Press Ganey of South Bend, Indiana. For more than 25 years, Press Ganey has been the industrys recognized leader in healthcare patient satisfaction. Press Ganey works with more than 10,000 healthcare organizations nationwide, including 50 percent of all U.S. hospitals.
We are committed to posting unedited feedback, both positive and negative. However, we do not post comments that: (i) include identifiable personal information; (ii) include feedback about another provider or department; or (iii) contain defamatory, profane, racist, or objectively offensive language.
