Absolutely blown away by the quality of care. Even before we entered the building we felt so welcomed, a custom sign with a reserved parking spot was waiting for us. We felt like the only patients there, no rush the doctor took his time and answered all of our questions. Exactly why I will continue to refer patients/friends here both professionally and personally.

Three of my kids' smiles have been perfected by Gray Orthopedics and they are wonderful at what they do but the main reason I drive an hour instead of going to a local orthodontist is because Gray Orthopedics' staff is genuinely kind and my kids enjoy their vibe very much.

First impression is everything!! Debbie and Dr. Gray made us feel very welcomed at our visit yesterday. The treatment plan was explained thoroughly. I knew what to expect and the cost of everything. They even give you three payments plans to choose from, which is awesome. I look forward to taking my son next week to get his braces. I would definitely recommend Gray Orthodontics.

Dr. Gray is such a kind, friendly and knowledgeable orthodontist. His entire staff is accommodating and friendly. I always have a quick and efficient visit. I never have a long wait and I am in and out quickly. I decided to straighten my teeth at the age of 68 and I am so happy I did. I am already seeing results after 7 months.

Dr. Gray and his staff are wonderful. I have had 2 kids in braces with him and they have done wonderful through treatment. He is always available for questions and dental issues. Highly recommend.

I know I've already posted a review for Gray's Orthodontics, but I really wanted to give thanks and show my appreciation for them. I've had brackets on my four front teeth when I was younger because I had a gap between my two front teeth and no room for other adult teeth that were trying to come in. I went to a different place and although I loved that place, they just don't compare to Gray's. (I now have a a full set of braces.) The employees always seem so laidback and they're always so friendly. They make getting my braces tightened hassle-free and not something I dread. My braces look good, too. Nothing crazy off-centered and all the brackets are perfectly straight and in line with the brackets around them. I'm a perfectionist so that's a big plus for me. Thank you! :)

Their work is done well and the staff greets you wonderfully. However they are not nice when making payments due do to the pandemic. Over $ 2,000 I have given to their office and yet I get treated no different. The pandemic is affecting everyone. They need to be more sympathetic.
