Carol Marshall, RDA - Carol graduated from Nashville Tech Dental Assistant Program. Carol joined the practice in 2006. She uses her southern charm to put patients at ease. Her hobbies include reading and loving on her adorable grandson.
Jearlie Edwards, EFRDA - Jearlie graduated from Nashville Tech Dental Assistant Program in 1998. She received her Expanded Function Registered Dental Assisting from the University of Tennessee in 2011. She has been a dental assistant since 1996. Jearlie has been with Gray Dental Care since 2013. She is Dr. Gray's right hand lady chairside. She is married and has four children.

Great experience and great work. Very professional. If you have a fear of needles as I do then you definitely would want to come here. I don't feel the needle at all. Amazing.

Went to Gray Dental as a new patient today, embarrassed to say, I'm scared to death of a dentist. Carol Ann took care of me from the time I walked in, until the time I left. Dr. Gray is awesome and took care of me. My family will definitely start going here.

I'm coming back from being out of town. I'm in Jackson but have not had a thorough cleaning since moving to Jackson. The dental hygienist act as if she is afraid to do her job. I don't have the time. Gray Dental have always been great so I'm driving an hour and 45 minutes to get my teeth cleaned professionally.

I have been a patient at Gray Dental for almost 5 years and have the utmost confidence in the care I've received. Dr. Gray is professional, friendly, and efficient. Some other dentists I've been to have given me the feeling that the treatment they recommend might be excessive, driven more in the interest of generating income than my dental health. I've never felt that way with Dr. Gray. Behnoush has been my hygienist for each visit and I can't imagine a more tranquil personality for that job. Her peaceful and professional way makes it so much easier to relax. All in all, I couldn't be happier with the care that Gray Dental has provided me and my family.

I've gone to Dr. Gray for several years. He and his staff are always friendly, courteous and helpful. Today, they worked me in immediately for dental work, and I'm very happy with the work that was done.

Dr. Gray is excellent person he make sure you don't feel any pain while he is during procedure to your mouth! Very comforting doctor! And the staff is amazing!

Hands down, Dr. Phillip Gray is the best dentist I've ever had. He takes excellent care of my teeth (he even fixed what a prior dentist had royally screwed up). I couldn't be happier and I would highly recommend his services. Btw, Dr. Grey is not going to do a bunch of unnecessary things, try upsell you a service or practice beyond his scope. (This seems be common with other dentist's now...) So if you're interested in a solid dentist that will get your mouth on track, he's it.
