Dr. Moore, a native of Gray Georgia, graduated with honors from the University of Georgia with a BS in Biology. She received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the prestigious Medical College of Georgia. While at MCG she completed her seniors honors clinic rotation in both cosmetic and pediatric dentistry. She joined her father in Practice at Gray Dental Associates in 2005. Her father started Gray Dental Associates in 1975 and they have prided themselves on maintaining a high level of quality dentistry for nearly 40 years.
Dr. Moore served the Central District Dental Society as President 2010-2011. She currently serves on the Georgia Dental Associations Board of Trustees and previously held the office of Delegate to the American Dental Association. She is also a fellow of the Pierre Fauchard Academy which recognizes doctors for their professionalism, integrity, and ethics worldwide.
Dr. Moore is actively involved in the community of Gray and Jones County. She is a member of the Rotary Club of Jones County and is an active member of the Jones County Board of Health where she served as the former Vice Chair in 2019. She also serves as a 1st grade Sunday School teacher at Gray United Methodist Church.
Although dentistry is a huge part of Dr. Moores focus, her true love is her family. She is married to Geoffrey Moore, a teacher and coach at Turner Woods Elementary School. They have two children, Griffin and Pierce, who keep them very busy. When she isnt busy with the every day duties of a Mom she enjoys playing golf, running, water skiing and working in her yard.
Dr. Molly Smith, a resident dentist at Gray Dental Associates, graduated from Samford University with a Bachelor of Science. She then received her Master of Science (MS) from Mississippi College, and then proceeded to obtain her Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the prestigious Medical College of Georgia.
Dr. Smith had been around the medical and dental fields all of her life and knew from a young age she wanted to help people in her daily life. She found that the best way to accomplish that was to pursue a career in dentistry. Dr. Smith moved to Colorado following her graduation from dental school where she served in a dental clinic within her local public health department for two years. Owning her own practice was dream that quickly became a reality while she resided in Colorado. She enjoyed having her practice in Colorado but being near her family ultimately led her back to Georgia.
Dr. Smith spends her days in the community of Jones County and enjoys the relationships she has built here while serving as the President of the Jones County Rotary Club. She maintains a residence in Greensboro GA, where she is a member of Greensboro First United Methodist Church. Volunteering has always been a passion for Dr. Smith. She has had the privilege of partaking in multiple mission trips where she was able to provide dental care to the local communities and outreach centers.
Although dentistry is important to Dr. Smith, her main priority is her family. She is married to Andrew Smith, together they have four children: Jackson, Emmy, Abigail and Tucker, which keep them active and on the go. When she has some down time Dr. Smith enjoys scuba diving, snow skiing, and coaching her childrens sports teams.
