Very bad experience. Ruined my teeth pulled unnecessary teeth. Left the bad ones. I don't not recommend also poorly ran. Rude attitudes for no reason

I would give them a five star review if Google offered a negative option. The review would be -5 stars. Along with the rude unhelpful staff, It also smelled poorly, like BO & wet dog in the office. The smell made sense after the dental surgeons assistant came into the office from the back complaining about all the dog hair she had on her. While waiting without help, I witnessed an elderly woman who stated she was a long time 40-year patient being refused to be seen, being told her appointment without her knowledge was pushed back over a week. Good for her that she canceled her new appointment and told the staff that she'd be going somewhere else, as will I.

Kimberly Bates is nothing short of amazing! She has worked me in multiple times for emergencies, and the care I receive from her and her staff is the reason why I drive over an hour away just to see her each time. I can't recommend her enough!

My 17 y/o had four wisdom teeth extracted. no problems with the dental services but the front desk staff are totally oblivious to the most basic health related issues. No manners, total rudeness, I will never use these people again and I must stress, it's not the dental services, but the customer service.

Great experience today, first time there , I never believed, I would meet super understanding people especially in my case dealing with a lip condition, which is a huge inconvenience but the ladies worked with me & were a tremendous help cleaning my teeth. These are the ladies that, I would like to shoutout for helping me today, Donna, Jessi, Pam, & Dr.Bates.

One of the best. Today I had my second visit. Done my fillings and didn't feel a thing. Great experience. Recommend to everyone. They didn't wast time. I had several fillings that need to be done they did all of them in about an hour and I had like five or something around there. Great team and awesome experience. My new dentist for now on.
