Dr. Trent Graves completed his Bachelor of Science from California Polytechnic (Cal Poly) State University at San Luis Obispo. He then went on to earn his doctorate degree from one of the nation's top dental schools, the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco, and was inducted into the Tau Kappa Omega (TKO) academic achievement honor society. Dr. Graves has continued to pursue advanced training and education in cosmetic and esthetic dentistry, dental implants, Invisalign, and laser dentistry.
Dr. Graves is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the California Dental Association (CDA), the Contra Costa Dental Society (CCDS), the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), and the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD). In addition, Dr. Graves actively participates in detailed case reviews with a local branch of the prestigious Seattle Dental Study Club.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Graves enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters in Lafayette. He also enjoys snowboarding and swimming. However, you may also see him either running or cycling throughout Contra Costa County with other members of the Forward Motion Race Club as he is an avid triathlete and enjoys competing in Ironman events.

No one likes a dentist but here they are all very gentle.

Dr. Graves is a great listener and cares about the patient which is hard to find. He's the most honest dentist I have met and conservative when offering any services. He never mentions a service that isn't needed and always give all options of care. I've known him for years and he makes you feel like family. You can trust him.
