Dr. Danzig believes that the secret to great dentistry is really simplekindness. His mantra is Be kind, and he applies it to every aspect of our dental office as well as his daily life. He loves that his job gives him the chance to get to know a lot of people in the community, and they always leave the dental office in better shape than when they came in. Dr. Danzig cant wait to meet you, and you can start getting to know him below.
My father started a dental office in 1975 in our home at the time. He was a fantastic dentist and is a great person who retired in 2019. I had the privilege of working with him for 12 years and it was a special time. Before becoming a dentist, I worked as a professional cook for 7 years and taught high school science for 4 years, but seeing my fathers passion for dentistry and obvious fulfillment from the profession inspired me to eventually follow in his footsteps.
After graduating from Chelmsford High School and receiving his bachelors from Framingham State College, in 2003, Dr. Danzig decided to pursue a career in dentistry and applied to the New York University College of Dentistry. While receiving his DDS degree, he was trained in the latest technology dentistry has to offer, including CEREC single-day crowns and Invisalign orthodontics.
Today, Dr. Danzig regularly travels to the SPEAR Education campuses in Arizona and Charlotte for seminars, participates in local study clubs, and takes many courses in the Boston area covering a wide variety of dental subjects. He is also a member of the American Dental Association and Massachusetts Dental Society. He believes it is important to stay current with the rapid advancement in technology and materials in modern dentistry.
Dr. Danzigs wife is an endodontist who grew up in New York, but he has converted her into a Red Sox fan, which he considers to be his greatest achievement (other than their two young boys that make him laugh every day). His number one hobby by far is going to live concerts. He has seen members of the Grateful Dead over 300 times, including the one and only Jerry Garcia. If hes not at a show, his other happy place is in the kitchenhe loves cooking, talking about food, and watching cooking shows. The family also routinely spends the summers in the Berkshires at a rented farmhouse with no internet. The kids hate him for about a day and then have the time of their lives just enjoying the beautiful surroundings.
As the daughter of two dermatologists, I was exposed to the medical field early on. I admired the basis in science, problem-solving skills, and the objective of helping people. I was drawn to dentistry in particular because it allows me to work with my hands in a precise and often artistic way.
Dr. Snook completed her undergraduate education at Tufts University and went on to earn her dental degree from Columbia University. She then returned to Tufts for an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency. She still pursues continuing education to grow her skills and expand her knowledge, and she is a member of the American Dental Association as well as the Massachusetts Dental Society.
In her spare time, Dr. Snook can usually be found running, crafting, baking, and exploring New Englands great outdoors. Music is also a big part of her lifeshe played and taught flute and is a self-taught ukulele player. Currently, she is trying to learn guitar!

As a new patient to the office, I'm very happy with my experience at Grateful Dentist! The people working in the office were nice and welcoming, and the office itself was really cozy and bright. Dr. Shelby was fantastic! She took the time to patiently and clearly explain everything to me. She was kind and gentle and actually made me enjoy my experience at the dentist. I'm so glad I found this office and will be recommending it in the future!

I have seen Dr. Danzig my entire life! His practice has always given me the best care, and an incredible experience start to finish. From the always friendly front staff, to the attention to detail with appointments, both from the dentists, hygienists, and assistants. I've always felt assured that my care is both meaningful, and state of the art, especially at their new office location. I strongly suggest visiting, and making this your permanent dental office!

Horrible dentist, I went to see Adam several years ago and had some work done. Instead of treating the problem with my gums he did cosmetics on my teeth, which hall fallen off. Now I am left wit ground down enamel and loose teeth. I would advise any one to find another dentist other than this dentist!!

The best place to go for your dental care. Professional and compassionate . Office staff is helpful and can be pro active with all different confusing insurance plans. I would highly recommend this office for all your dental needs.

One time, about 2 years ago, my sister in law had some massive swelling on her face and it looked like it was becoming a situation. Prior to this I had met Adam at my Dealership (as I worked in the automotive industry) where he made a purchase, I had asked for his # incase I needed his services in the future. I texted Adam pretty late as the family was alittle panicked and immediately he got back to me and asked some questions and he ended up having her come in to the office on the spot. Turned she had a bad infection due to an abscess tooth and he was able to help her get it resolved. Since then my wife has revisited and my mother in law and we all were so impressed with the professionalism & extreme cleanliness of his staff and the office, and also the very relaxed way he dealt with my wife and my family.

Grateful dentists is the best dental office I've ever been to. I've been coming here for 17 years and have never had a bad experience. The staff are wonderful and they really want what's best for you. I've seen all 3 doctors and all three have amazing work. I highly recommend them if you're thinking of switching to a new dental office.
