Warning: the ONLY insurance they accept that is in-network is Delta Dental Insurance. They do NOT tell you this up front and I was misled into thinking they actually take my insurance, so I ended up paying a lot of money out of pocket for a simple tooth cleaning. I specifically asked when I made my appointment if they took my insurance, and I misleading response I received was "yes." The Dr's here do seem like they are very experienced and nice. But again, the lack of transparency about insurance and fees left a sour taste in my mouth.

This office is extremely dishonest and they will lie to you about whether they accept your insurance. After claiming that they accept my insurance, Humana, they sent me a bill for over $260 for one simple filling. Apparently, the only insurance they accept that is in-network is Delta Dental, which I was not told until after my appointment. If you have any other insurance aside from Delta Dental, do not come here. Even without insurance, their base prices are extremely high and unreasonable.

I may be a little biased, but Dr. Dawe and the other staff are the best. He's truly a master of his craft and loves what he does. He attends educational conferences regularly and is up-to-date on all the latest research. The office has the most cutting-edge technology available and never recommends unnecessary services. I recently moved across the country to a major metro area and could not find a dentist with the same level of professionalism, excellence, and technology.

Recently started back with Granville Dental office and yesterday 5/31 was my firsts with this specific dental hygienist and Dr Fiedler. They were very courteous and professional. Dr Dawe should be very proud of this office.

I am the biggest BABY when it comes to the dentist, I hated it and was so afraid of any pain. After going to see Dr. Dawe I am relaxed AND AT EASE, he makes sure you are feeling NO PAIN. The staff is EXCELLANT, friendly and you get in on time, no waiting! From a child's first visit to the elderly, all ages will love it there!
