Langley Health Services (LHS), a Federally Qualified Community Health Center, serving the health care needs of patients in central Florida and beyond. Grant-Supported Federally Qualified Health Centers are public and private non-profit health care organizations that meet certain criteria under the Medicare and Medicaid Programs (respectively, Sections 1861(aa)(4) and 1905(l)(2)(B) of the Social Security Act and receive funds under the Health Center Program Section 330 of the Public Health Service Act).

Federally Qualified Health Center are health centers that have been identified by HRSA and certified by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services as meeting the definition of health center under Section 330 of the PHS Act, although they do not receive grant funding under Section 330.

Outpatient health programs/facilities operated by tribal organizations(under the Indian Self-Determination Act, P.L. 96-638) or urban Indian organizations (under the Indian Health Care Improvement Act, P.L. 94-437).

Project Health, Inc. (PHI) is a not for profit, 501(c)3 organization that has operated a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), Langley Health Services (LHS), in Sumterville, Florida for over 40 years, the second site in Ocala, Florida since 2008 and, starting in 2016, sites throughout Citrus County, Florida. These sites are located in Inverness, Crystal River, and Lecanto, Florida. PHI also operates a Mobile Medical Unit (MMU) and a Mobile Dental Unit (MDU) that serve all of the service area. PHI was incorporated on December 12, 1974. PHI has been accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc. (AAAHC) and has been designated as a Primary Care Medical Home by AAAHC since 2015, with the most recent re-accreditation in 2018.

PHI is the only FQHC in Sumter County and Citrus County and has a single site in Marion County, Florida. Services provided in all counties served include Family Practice, Pediatrics, Podiatry, Behavioral Health, and Dental. Substance Use Disorder Treatment is provided in the Sumterville and Ocala locations. Diagnostic Imaging is provided in the Marion County location. Advanced Diagnostic Imaging Services and Pharmacy Services are available in Sumter County. Quest Diagnostics provides laboratory services and has a location leased in the Sumter County location, as well as multiple locations throughout the neighboring counties to allow flexibility for patients to have lab work completed.
