Dr. Sylvia Christian graduated from University of California at Riverside with a B.S. in Biology. She then received her D.M.D. degree at Temple University School of Dentistry in 2000. In 2004, she built and opened Granite Family Dentistry to proudly serve Hooksett and the surrounding communities.
Her greatest joys of running Granite Family Dentistry are the relationships she has formed with her team, her patients and their families. She loves to get to know her patients personally and see their families grow.
Dr. Christian is passionate about the kind of dentistry she provides to her patients. She attends many post-doctoral courses to keep up with new and emerging trends and technologies in Dentistry. Her focus is on comprehensive, esthetic, and restorative dental care for which she attends The Spear Education Center in Scottsdale, AZ.
When Kaitlyn is not at work, she enjoys living life to the fullest with her family: Husband, Corey and their daughter Rylee. She enjoys powerlifting, snowmobiling, NASCAR, and being outdoors as much as possible.
Jennifer joined our team in November 2019. She has been in the dental profession for over 30 years.Her passion for dentistry began when she started in her first office while a Junior in high school. Herexperience ranges from assisting to front office to insurance. She received her x-ray certification fromNHTI in 1993. Jennifer loves continuing education, has taken many courses over the years, and lovessharing her knowledge with others. Her favorite part of the job is developing close relationships withpatients so they can feel as comfortable as possible while we deliver the best care possible.
Jennifer enjoys spending her free time with her husband, Bret and their two teenage daughters, Emmaand Isabella; as a family they enjoy their annual camping trip. Jennifer also enjoys photography, reading,and being around the water as much as possible.
Magda joined the team at Granite Family Dentistry in 2016. She graduated from NHTI in 2000 with a Certificate in Dental Assisting, and went on to get her Dental Hygiene License in 2005. She also holds certification for the administration of local anesthesia. As a dental hygienist, she is passionate about educating patients on how to improve their oral health and overall health, while trying to create a comfortable atmosphere and positive experience for the patient.

I needed a deep cleaning, a scaling and a gum planing. It didn't hurt, and I didn't need any anesthetic. I was very happy with the hygienist, Nicole, as well as the office team who worked with my schedule and fit me in. Thank you!

Be careful with your coverage because this Dentist will not call to make sure your coverage is adequate. You are responsible and I learned this the hard way with a huge bill. I can't see going back there they definitely did not have my back. Ofcourse I didn't understand this was possible

I came into the office thinking all I needed was a cavity fixed. Upon Dr Christian's exam she said that I have a complete fracture and did not hesitate to remove the tooth. She made sure that I was comfortable in doing this procedure without have to be asleep to which I had no problem. I wanted to make sure though that where this was unplanned she had enough time without taking time from other people who had appointments that day. She said that she felt in needed to come out today and that she will work things out. I am thankful that she was able to do this today. I truly enjoy going to my dentist now. She has been my dentist for over 5 years and broke the barrier of fear and not so nice feelings that I previously had for dentist. The office staff also make the trip to the office very much a pleasure with there kindness and customer attention giving skills they always show not just to me but others as I have watched as they came in while I was waiting my turn. A fun, considerate, compassionate and well put together working team Granite Family Dentistry has. Way to go and Thank you so much. Kathy Sargent

Just had Dental work done,Dr. Christian and her Dental Assistant Shannon were very professional. Shannon always goes the extra mile when something is bothering me and does her best to fix it. Always Makes me comfortable knowing that I am uncomfortable in the chair.. Prompt when bringing me back I never have to wait.

Brought my seven year old there for the first time today. Everyone was super friendly and kind, and they had a lot of patience with my energetic kiddo until he calmed down with them. My son says, "It was so fun," which he has never said before about the dentist! He came home and gave his stuffed animals their cleanings after :)
