After earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of North Dakota, Dr. Kari Peterson received her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Creighton Medical Center and has been practicing dentistry in St. Cloud since 2006. In addition to operating a full time practice, Dr. Peterson is involved in many professional organizations and continuing education to provide her patients the best dentistry available. She is a member of the American Dental Association and the Minnesota Dental Association. When not at her practice or continuing education, she stays busy taking care of her family. Dr. Peterson and her husband Jason, have 2 sons- Lucas and Owen. The family also includes an Italian Spinone named Renzo. Dr. Peterson and her family enjoy the outdoors, gardening, reading and family movie nights.

If I could rate 10 stars I would!!! Highly, Highly recommend Granite City Dental. I don't trust anyone one else with my families dental work. It's run by women who are the most caring, kindest, hardest-working individuals I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Thank you for all you do <3

Dentist are scary for me, this place is not scary, they're all super nice and caring, and friendly! I feel I am well taken care of on every level, and I highly recommend, even for those who are scared of dentist!

I've been going to Granite City Family & Cosmetic Dentistry for years, and even flew back for regular visits when I lived out of state as no one else compares. Dr Peterson is personable, compassionate, very knowledgeable, and practices with integrity never trying to sway you into unnecessary procedures like other places I've been in the past. Her office was able to get me in short notice to replace a filling that was bothersome and staff is always so courteous. I highly recommend!

My children have been coming here for years. My son is on the autism spectrum and gets major anxiety about going to the dentist.(Has had a bad experience with another dentist in the past) . When I remind that he is going to Granite City with the nice dentist he calms down.

Amazing! The best dental experience absolutely every time; yields great results and the staff are wonderful. I get my regular cleanings here which are always seamlessly done and I just had zoom whitening which turned out great!

I'm so glad I kept my appointment. I usually back out because of nerves. The place is beautiful and everyone was so friendly. It was my first visit and I felt like I've been going there for years. I already made an appointment for my 6 month check up. I usually wait and go over. Looking forward to coming back!
