Upcharged me without telling me! I am very upset right now. I went to my dental appointment as a cash patient. I was told the exam and X-rays would be $59. I had mistakenly believed the cleaning would also be included in the $59. After everything was done I was told I had to pay and ADDITIONAL$100 for the cleaning. I told her I thought everything was $59, and she said no, it was only for the X-rays and exam and that they wouldn't even know what kind of cleaning I'd need before the exam, so how could they charge me beforehand? If that's how they do it, fine. But they should have come to me after the exam, told me what kind of cleaning I needed and how much it was BEFORE they went ahead and did it! Instead, I got slapped with a $160 bill for services I technically didn't even agree to! Edited to add: The office did call me back to apologize. They also offered me a discount on a filling I need to get to help offset the extra money I had to pay for my cleaning.

Excellent dentist for those like me who have a fear of dentists and mouth pain. The staff has taken EXCELLENT care of me on many visits this year, they listened to my concerns and accommodated me by explaining every step clearly and always making sure I was comfortable. The staff goes out of their way to make sure you are happy and comfortable. They even fit me in so quickly on my first visit for a broken tooth, that and every other visit has been superb. Highly recommended.

I struggled from PTSD from my last dental place for 3 years never saw another dr and never got my crown finished, finally decided time to see someone to finish it. All I can say is from the front sign in staff to Dr, Q. and her side partner Stacen to the financial officer who spoke to me and even got my price down from 6000 on one tooth at the old place to only 2200 for a three piece bridge, it was such a great visit. They drilled my teeth for a bridge and I didn't even flinch about my bad experience. They talked constantly to me to distract me, kept me calm, made me laugh a lot, but most of all how professional they talk to each other through the whole process to make sure everyone was on board while they worked on my mouth. Can't wait till the finale of the full job. Gave them a 5 star for now, which I don't give out reviews all the time

Seriously this place is the bomb . Com !! So wonderful with the kids . They take the anxiety out of everything and the kids actually look forward too hearing they don't have any cavities. Will recommend to everyone.

Grangerland Dental has given me the best experience I've had at any dentist! They know how to treat their patients. From the front desk, to the moment you are getting treatment done, they are attentive to your needs. Dr. Qureshi and the staff were all great! Prices are also fair. Highly recommend.

The staff at Grangerland Dental are awesome. They listened to me and answered all my questions including explaining payment options as I have no dental insurance. Dr Q is very professional and kind as well. She even called me later in the evening to check up on me.

If you have a child- or an adult, for that matter, who is even remotely afraid of the dentist.... If you think dental work is beyond your ability to pay.... If you have had previous poor experiences... If you find dental workers to speak a language you don't also speak, (literally and figuratively,) GO TO GRANGERLAND DENTAL! I can't tell you enough what a wonderful experience it has been going to this location. My daughter wore braces for about two years. During this time there was a weird change up at her normal dentist's office and her dentist was just ... gone... overnight.We are still trying to figure out what happened. In the meantime, I wanted my daughter to get a badly needed checkup so I took her to a brand new, high-end office on 242 (not naming names, but it is next door to the new HEB,) in any case, at this location they did xray my daughter but then gravely approached me and told me she had a yuck mouth full of very deep cavities that would need extensive work. They explained, however, that they couldn't begin any of the work because she still had braces on. I thought this was odd, so I went ahead and made an appointment to follow up with them in a few months after her braces were removed. In the meantime, I casually mentioned this experience with a tech when we went back to her orthodontist office. The tech looked confused- and earnestly told me, "You need to take her for a second opinion. If it were my child, I would certainly get a second opinion before diving into thousands of dollars of what could be unnecessary treatment." I ended up doing just that. I felt like there could be a potential for secondary motives at the high end, newly opened dental office that certainly had more overhead than they did patients. So I went the opposite route when searching for a second opinion. I chose a dentist office in a not-so-shiny part of town, in a clean, but run down strip center in GRANGERLAND, TX. GRANGERLAND DENTAL was able to see us almost immediately. They were very concerned if my child was in pain, which, fortunately she was not. We set the appointment and weren't expecting a lot out of it. In all honesty, I imagined it would be a poorly ventilated, overfull waiting room full of crying babies-I couldn't have been more wrong! In a strip center that also houses a little meat market/grocery store and a Nail salon, with a hot, uncovered concrete parking lot- the door to the dentist doesn't have a big sign overhead so you kinda have to guess that you are in the correct place. Opening the door was like walking into another world. I was pleasantly surprised at the overwhelming calm feeling that came from the decor. A very modern, bright white and gray color scheme told me that they consulted a designer when building this place. It is sparingly decorated, but in an inviting manner. And immaculately clean. The staff are all beautiful, and helpful, and full of smiles. I am a very poor historian but the "paperwork" they gave me- to be done electronically, on an iPad, was very easy to fill out. They brought my daughter back to one of the sleekest dental rooms I had every seen. And then the real magic happened! We met Dr. Quershi and her dental assistant, Perlaa. Both were the utter definition of professional and just darling to my daughter. When my daughter showed signs of anxiety they let me comfort her, and they were extremely patient. After an exam and cleaning they gave me a very clear treatment plan print out, which broke the treatment up into four easy payments- of which they were willing to work with me on. Because it was so unbelievably affordable, we went ahead and began work then. The shot they gave my kid was so gentle that she literally thought it was a fingernail poking her! The work was over before we knew it and she had no pain at home. Kristen and Bre in the office even called us at home the next day, to check on my kid- even though the work she had done was fairly minor! My only regret is I wish I had gotten a payment plan from the high end dentist we first went to, for comparison. We love Grangerland dental!

I was there on July 1st, and they put a cushioned liner and it has messed up my teeth. They put way to much, didn't trim it correctly, now my teeth don't fit my mouth correctly. So I hope they can fix them on Friday at my next appointment.
