Your first visit to our office is designed to get you better acquainted with all we offer as well as introduce you to our caring staff. On your first visit, we will review your medical and dental histories and evaluate your oral health. We will take digital x-rays of your teeth and explain to you whether or not you will require any dental treatment.

Our dental office uses the latest state-of-the-art equipment and cutting edge technology and we uphold the strictest sterilization techniques. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards as well as cash and personal checks. We offer low-interest financing through CareCredit as well as a members only discount plan through our In-House Wellness Program. We accept most standard plans including those listed below. We accept out of network insurances and will help fulfill your claim. Please call our office for any questions or concerns.
There is no ID card, any group or member number to bring in with you. All your membership information is kept in your electronic record. Your effective date is the day you sign up and your expiration is 365 days later. You must contact the office to re-enroll prior to services being performed after expiration date.

Visited Grandview on September 28th for a cleaning and 6 month checkup. Sunshine was my hygienest. She did a great job and was very friendly and kind as was Doctor Nitz.

I have been going to Grandview for a little over a year.I had gone to my previous Dentist for 50 yrs. so I was extremely nervous to make this change.I have had a great experience.I had been going through a lot of health issues and have had to reschedule my appointments several times. They have been very understanding. Everyone in the office is very nice and informative.They are very knowledgeable in their work.They explain what the treatment is, the time frame , and the cost and Ins. upfront so you know the process. The office is clean and fresh smelling soothing atmoshere.A very pleasant experience. Who can say that about their dentist visit? The dental hygienists are very impressive.They have exceptional skills and abilities. I have recommended them to my friends and family.

I just left my first visit with Grandview. They were extremely thorough. Jody did amazing work. She talked me through everything that she was doing with my teeth and I left the office feeling educated and refreshed. Dr. Estes was also very informative and friendly. Would HIGHLY recommend.

New Dentists took over existing office. Now my family needed all kinds of additional dental work, suspicious. I felt like it was a revenue generator to help defer the new dentist purchase of the practice. Got a second opinion, dentist found no issues, family left for another dentist.
