Dr. Abraham Hoellrich is originally from Versailles, OH. (GO TIGERS!) He attended Bowling Green State University and graduated from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 2002. After dental school, Dr. Hoellrich served for three years in the U.S. Navy. During his time in the Navy, he completed a one year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency and also a 6-month overseas deployment aboard the U.S.S. John F Kennedy.
Upon completion of his military service, Dr. Hoellrich decided that Columbus was the place he wanted to be. He worked in several area practices while looking for the practice that would be the right fit to be his permanent dental home. He joined Grandview Dental Care in 2009 as an associate dentist. In 2011 he and Dr. Thompson became partners and co-owners of the practice.
Dr. Hoellrich lives in Harrison West with his wife Melissa, their four (yes, 4!) cats, and Max the dog! When he isnt helping his patients achieve optimal dental health he can usually be found trying out a new restaurant, strolling around downtown, or chasing a little white ball around the golf course.
Dr. Hoellrich also spends much of his time learning about the newest techniques and advancements in dentistry. He is trained in IV Sedation, having completed a 9-month course in IV Sedation training which included over 100 classroom hours of lecture and hands-on training.He attends many continuing education courses each year and spends much time learning, discussing, and even arguing about dentistry on a popular internet message board for dentists (dentaltown.com). He is very passionate about the continuing use of technology to improve the comfort and quality of dentistry.
Dr. Vishal Chitkara was born and raised in Centerville, Ohio. He moved to Columbus in 1999 to attend The Ohio State University. He then went on to attend The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. Dr. Chitkara joined Grandview Dental Care after having previously practiced in Upper Arlington, Delaware County, and Reynoldsburg. In addition, he spent 2 years as a faculty member at The Ohio State College of Dentistry, where he served as a Clinical Professor of Restorative Dentistry.
Dr. Chitkara enjoys the variety that dentistry has to offer on a day-to-day basis. He gets the most satisfaction out of cosmetic dentistry and gaining his patients trust. More recently, Dr. Chitkara was voted as one of the Top Dentists in Columbus by his peers, as published in Columbus Monthly magazine.
Dr. Max Grosel was born and raised in Marietta, Ohio. He moved to Columbus in 2004 to attend The Ohio State University studying Honors accounting. He then went on to attend The Ohio State University College of Dentistry Graduating in 2012. Dr. Max joined Grandview Dental Care after having previously practiced in South East Columbus and Canal Winchester.
Dr. Max lives in Harrison West with his wife, Nisha, and their two children. He is an avid Buckeye fan, and loves spending time with friends and family. He enjoys working out and is a member of Chambers Purely Boulders the rock-climbing gym here in Grandview. He loves traveling and visiting our National Parks. His favorites include Glacier National park, Yosemite National park and Zion National Park.
Dr. Max enjoys the relationships he builds with his patients. He prides himself on creating a trusting, caring environment for his patients and helping anxious patients get the care they want and need. Dr. Max has taken continuing education to expand the number of services he can provide his patients and this includes root canal therapy and placing implants.

The staff were friendly, helpful, efficient and gentle as possible. They explained all the processes to me so that I felt comfortable and well cared for. I hadn't been to the dentist in years because of a bad previous experience, but Julie, Dr. Max and the team provided excellent care. Thank you!

My visit was very successful. How can you complain when your hygienist is super nice, patient, and quick...followed up by the dentist who finds no cavities and tells you to keep up the good work...see you in six months.

I would give Grandview Dental 10 stars if I could. They are not judgmental and super friendly. Dr. Hoellrich and staff really listened to my needs. I needed to have implants due to serious issues. Dr. Hoellrich did a consultation and came up with a game plan to get it all completed. We are halfway through and I couldn't be happier. It has truly changed my life. I highly, highly recommend Grandview Dental. Update- Everything is complete and I couldn't be happier! My teeth look amazing and I feel so much more confident when I smile. Dr. Hoellrich was amazing, as was the rest of the staff. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or judged. Highly, highly recommend Grandview Dental!

I first came to Grandview Dental four years ago because it was close to my house. I have since moved away, yet continue to come to this office from over an hour away. The office staff is always professional, relaxing, and efficient. I have never been pressured into a treatment that I did not need. Dr. Hoellrich was willing to do Invisalign with me when other dentists said no. I have actually fallen asleep in the chair during cleanings before.

I have had several dentists over the years, and Grandview Dental Care is by far the best. They have gained my trust. Beautiful office, and extremely friendly staff. After my X-ray I was told the crown that was done last March was not installed properly. There was a gap where the crown met the tooth. They are redoing it on Thursday at their expense. I REALLY don't want to go through this again. This practice is not like it was when Dr Thompson was there. I have been a patient since 1995 and am going to look for another practice. I should have done this two years ago when they sent me a bill for 10 cents. They spent more on the postage than the bill was.
