Please do not come here to get treated. They are super unprofessional and don't have their patients best interest. This place deserves to be shut down. The front desk staff is awful at communicating. The colombiana front desk lady is rude and never gets back to patients. I had to leave with moler pain and paid upfront for treatment. They refused to remove my moler.

The review is for Front Desk and scheduling, not for the Dr nor the hygienist who are 5 stars! I strongly dislike when I'm lied to and my time is wasted. I went in person to make an appointment with the Dr for a filling and keep my previously scheduled appointment for the cleaning. I was later called by the office that I could actually have both appointments done today back to back. After the cleaning was done, and I agreed upon the fees, front desk/check out tells me that I can't do the filling today, that I need ANOTHER appointment. She did not care that they provided me with wrong information, not even apologized, on the contrary, ignored my comments and frustration; did not even try to make amends for their own mistakes. HORRIBLE.
