Having been in private practice for many years, Dr. Dilolli brings with her, experience, a keen eye for creating a beautiful smile, and an obsession for excellence in the field of dentistry. She strives to create a relaxed atmosphere for patients thus helping them make better decisions about improving or maintaining their oral health. Dr. Dilolli believes that dental treatment should not be a one size fits all. We are all special and unique and listening with an understanding ear is her goal in customizing treatment to fit just you.
Dr. Dilolli graduated with honors from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science in Biology Degree before achieving her doctorate from Texas A&M, Baylor College of Dentistry. A lifelong learner, Dr. Dilolli invests time in continuing education every year to stay current with the latest techniques and technology that can benefit her patients. Dr. Dilolli is pursuing a fellowship with the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) and International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI)
Her post -doc training includes dental implants through the internationally acclaimed Misch Implant Institute and Implant Seminars with Arun Garg D.D.S., Orthodontics through the American Orthodontic Society, and cosmetic dentistry through the prestigious Spear Education and Dawson Academy.
When Dr. Dilolli is not at the practice she is a busy mom of two active little girls named Olivia and Mara. She resides with her family in Reston, VA. Dr. Dilolli strives to stay healthy and exercise her body and mind. Her hobbies include traveling and learning about new cultures. She also speaks four different languages Albanian, Italian, Spanish, and English.

Dr Grande is very professional and very personable. He takes time to understand his patients' history and does quality work. In addition to doing my regular check ups and cleaning I also did the six month smile and was delighted with the results. Highly recommended.

Had a root canal and crown done in Dec. I can count on Dr Grande and his Staff to be thorough, fast as possible, and to be concerned about eliminating pain in the experience. This visit was exceptional. The only one item to change- the choice of music leaves a lot to be desired. Reminds me of some strange/weird sounds that are not from the USA.

staff is always friendly and professional. appointments are on time - never waited in the office yet (I understand there could be a resaonable unexpected delay, but that has not happened yet in several years) Doctor is thorough and also very professional, friendly and conversational. very very pleased with them

I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs dental care! Everyone is so kind, friendly, very professional! Has done ~4 fillings and root canal and crown there last year! Very satisfied with Dr. Grandes work!

The office staff is excellent, always pleasant on the phone and very helpful with questions regarding insurance. Dr. Grande is The Best Of The Best as far as his dental care. My husband and I (and friends) have total confidence in his ability to handle all our dental needs. I love the fact that when you arrive for your appointment you are taken in immediately. The dental hygienist is very thorough when cleaning you teeth and assisting Dr. Grande. I highly recommend this practice.

I took an Uber to my dentist office today. When the driver picked me up and we exchanged pleasantries, he said, "At least I'm not going to the dentist." Well, he doesn't know about Dr. Grande and his wonderful staff (Lori, Jose, Claudia, Carla, & Casta). I told him it's like visiting friends who are really good at what they do, who are warm and friendly, knowledgeable and skilled, and who charge very reasonable fees for their services and are accessible to talk about concerns and questions I might have. When I arrive, everyone greets me by name and asks about me and my family. They appreciate me as an individual as well the dental services I transact. I consider this dental practice to be a jewel within the local area and hope it continues to thrive so that many may experience the caliber of quality services and community it provides.

My wife had a 6-months smile program. She had an on-going regular appt. every 2 weeks. Everyone there from front desk, the assistance, and to the doctor are so kind and very accommodate if any emergency arrived. Her brace looks very good so far. Thanks to the wonderful works by Dr. Grande. Your will not be disappointed for any works perform there.
