First time I went they were amazing. But then again I paid them $1,800 in cold hard earned cash. (Then again , that'll motivate anyone) Almost $900 for a partial. The other 900 to rip my teeth out with a pair pliers, they're generous with the lidocaine. I started to have a severe toothache. So 2 years later I call them back and I'm told that there's no doctor available. So I called them back after trying to schedule with a different dentist to try to schedule an appointment for the following Monday around (2:30) Thursday. Knowing that they close at 5:00. However the individual at the front desk had a commanding tone in her voice and told me that the computer was turned off and that I would have to call back Monday to schedule an appointment. But you close at 5:00 right?. You would think that these people would have some sort of memory or courtesy for the amount of money that you spent on the last appointment. ($1,897.72) Cash, paper, Greenbacks. Big Daddy government didn't give me a dime. After all; all they had to do is turn the computer back on and schedule it. And I pay cash, and you know how much they love cash. It would have taken them all of 10 minutes. But hey, good customer in agonizing, excruciating pain? He can call back 4 days later and maybe we can get him in next Thursday . Get a better clerk, it was a Thursday at 2: 30pm in the afternoon. Absolutely no excuse. Doctor or no doctor they could have scheduled.

I was so nervous going in to get five teeth ripped out. They didn't "rip" them out at all. My experience was amazing. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed. They were gentle and understanding. They fit my partial in almost perfectly the first time. Going back for a free follow up tommorow. 10/10 I'll recommend them to anyone and everyone. I loved these people. Calm and collected. Concerned about your worries. And very very reassuring!! Amazing practice. So glad I chose this place!
