For all you Buckeye fans, Dr. Pham earned his dental degree at Ohio State University in 2005. Before hearing his calling as a dentist, Dr. Pham graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles Civil Engineering program. Originally from Vietnam, he is proud to call the United States his home for over 25 years. He has lived in many cities across our great country, finally settling with his family in Katy, Texas. He and his wife, Jessica enjoy being a part of this community. Their children, Yvonne and Alex attend public school in Katy. Dr. Pham, also, loves salt water fishing, so you might find him with his family on a fishing pier somewhere on the Texas Gulf Coast. One more interesting thing about Dr. Pham is that he rides a motorcycle so on clear days dont be surprised if you see his bike parked at the office.

Found out this dentist put my implant abuntment on incorrectly and did not tell me because we had multiple issues trying to get it to fit and once it finally fit but was not a "perfect fit" via x ray he did not try and make it perfect. After I had to change dentists I found out it was put in incorrectly as there is a gap in between the abuntment which can cause bacteria to get in between the gums and cause an infection which would basically make the whole implant destroyed and need to be removed. Good thing I caught this before it happened but now I have to pay for a whole new one to get it fixed.

Dr Pham provides professional suggestion on my teeth treatment. Cathy called me on time to confirm my treatment and explain the risk very patiently. They take care my teeth according to its decay situation. Comparing with other dental office where caring money more than the patient, grand smile could bring you the real smile.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I went in with a severe tooth ache and ended up needing 2 root canals. They explained what all needed to be done and the cost breakdown. Overall a great experience!

I love Dr. Pham, my whole family and I have been seeing him for years. He does great work and is affordable. Cathy is a staple and she recognizes me when I call or stop in which is a nice personal touch. We will be a life long customer. I highly recommend you give him a chance, you will not be disappointed.

I work in the Katy area, and needed to find a dentist to take care of an issue I had at the time. So I looked up dentist offices in the area and check out reviews and visited one other place before I found Grand Smiles Dental, and after the 1st visit, I knew this was my new dentist office. Dr. Pham and his wife are amazing and knowledgeable about everything dental related...they will work with your schedule and do everything in their power to save you money if possible. The staff is also very professional and kind and will call you after dental procedures are done to make sure you're doing ok...if your dentist office is just ok, you should definitely give Grand Smiles Dental a try....you will not be disappointed.

We have just switched to Grand Smiles Dental recently and I feel very happy with them. The place is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Great staff , super friendly and professional . Dr. Pham is the BEST ! He is super nice and patient. I had one tooth removal and bone graft two weeks ago from him. His skill was outstanding. Dr. Pham is also knowledgeable and very careful. he caught a few problems on my daughter's teeth that other dentists ignored. Highly recommend!

I've been going here for a couple of years. The work I received was good. I like finding a place and sticking with them. So it saddens me that I will not be returning. Unfortunately, the front desk staff feel they own the place. I was looking to get a procedure done and was told one thing by Dr. Pham's wife. I asked her to place it in my file because this was not the first time I was told something differently by the front desk staff. As suspected, after rearranging my work schedule to make my appointment, the front desk advised requirements totally different than advised. After explaining that was not what I agreed upon, nor what was conveyed to me, she stepped to the back. As I awaited in the lobby for what I thought was her going to get Dr. Pham's wife, she came and sat back down and said nothing. After waiting roughly 5 minutes, I was asked what I was still doing there? She said, "I could leave." In total disbelief, I got up and left with my mind made up I wasn't returning. I thought maybe I over reacted in the moment, but I never received a call back, an email or anything offering an apology for a misunderstanding. After patronizing Grand Smiles for years, I thought my service and money was valued. Sadly not, which is why I took the time to leave a review.

I've been there several times and I'm so grateful I found this place; they treat me like I'm part of their family and I highly recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a good dentist; if you have any pain or any concerns their nice staff (Jessica, Dennis) will help you calm down and explain you how the procedure is going to be; no one is more afraid of doctors than me, and I can assure this office has everything you need to make you smile again.
