Dr. Alexandra Khaimov graduated with a bachelor of science in Biology. She received her degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery at New York University College of Dentistry where she graduated in the top 10 percent of her class. She loves the collaboration of technology and cosmetic dentistry which one can see at once on entering her office. Dr. Khaimov believes in meticulous care of each of her patients as they are a reflection of her work and therefore spends extensive time outside of work educating herself in the latest technologies and advancements of the field of cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Alexandra Khaimov in conjunction with General and Cosmetic Dentistry performs many specialty aspects of her profession as well, including Veneers, Invisalign, Endodontics, Implants, Periodontics and Restorative dentistry. Got some pretty serious implant work done about a year ago that went very well so I decided to come back to Dr. Alex to get my 16 year old daughter fast braces. She was outstanding, I knew from the time the brackets were fist put on and the first two week adjustment that she really knew what she was doing. My daughter has very sensitive gums but never felt any pain throughout the 7 months. Dr. Alex always kept her smiling so the visits flew by and before we knew it the braces were off. For all the moms/parents out there Dr Alex is very good with teenagers!

Dr. Alex did an outstanding job with my fast braces. A beautiful transformation in only 5 months! She is a masterful dentist, is so nice and is just the kind of person you genuinely enjoying being around. I looked forward to my appointments just to see her and the rest of the staff. the whole clinic follows her lead and has the same inviting and friendly energy.

Very good dentist and clinic overall. I saw both Dr. alex and Dr. Qui during my treatment over the course of about a year which included: extractions, implants and 4 months of fastbraces at the end. Very detail oriented and took the time to clearly explain everything going on with my treatment during every visit which I really appreciated. Teeth look and feel great. highly recommended.

Highly recommended by coworkers, but I was a little hesitant due to distance from me (1 hour drive from Riverhead LI ). The facility is very impressive. Its spotlessly clean and has state of the art tech. The front desk staff is very warm and welcoming. Dr. Alex took time to answer all of my questions and thoroughly explain my diagnosis/treatment plan. Dr Alex is one of the highest credentialed fastbraces dentists in the world (A Certified Senior Master Provider) which really helped eased my nerves about getting it done. In total it took about 7 months ( initial visit plus adjustments a couple times per month which only took a few minutes each ). Everything went exactly according to plan and my teeth are perfect. Highly recommended and Well worth the commute!

Got my Fastbraces done here after getting some very complex work done last year By Dr. Alex at their implant center around the corner on 69th Ln. It was by far the best dental experience of my life so I knew that I wanted Dr. Alex to do my Fastbraces when I was ready. I was honest and told her flat out that I wanted an aesthetically perfect Hollywood smile and that's exactly what she gave me! My Fastbraces took about 8 months total from start to finish. Dr. Alex has a particularly gentle way about doing dentistry that I've never experienced anywhere else. I highly recommend Grand Smile.

Dr.Alex(andra) is fantastic. She and everyone are incredibly nice, professional and great at their jobs. I had fast braces put on and taken off pain free. Now that my teeth are wonderfully straight, in 1 visit (one!) I had 3 cavities taken care of, a crown AND an implant put in pain free! The entire staff works with you, from scheduling to finances and Dr. Alex and all the assistants are on time and again, they are amazing at their jobs. I have never and I do mean never been not only so pleased with the work done but so satisfied with the way they take care of me. I highly recommend Grand Smile Dental and yes, I love Dr. Alexandra Khaimov and the whole Grand Smile gang! Affordable dentistry with kind caring professionals, why go anywhere else?

This is the best office by far! The staff is super professional and friendly. The doctors work is great & the hygienist gives you a thorough cleaning and she's super gentle. My experience with "Grand Smile Dental (GSD)" was an awesome experience from start to finish. The team delivered as promised. My family, friends and colleagues at work, they love it, my friends at work constantly calls me over, and they say, "Kara! Smile and show me your teeth!" LOL, LOL, all day. My friends and colleagues examined my teeth more than my dentist, the outcome is extremely beautiful. My friend and colleague, she told the entire office I am so jealous, right now, I want to smack her, and take her teeth! OMG! Not so fast it is permanent! Ha! Ha! They are astonished on how natural looking it is and how it complements my face. [In Spanish] Aye mommy! You look so beautiful! XOXO. GSD is a family dental history of experience, my case was diagnosed at 14, and they did not have a name for it, yet. Juvenile Periodontal Disease. I am 60 years old, a friend and his fiance was trying to guess my age, they did not know about my implants, they assumed I am 4O years old. [IYiy]! God knows my truth and I was searching and researching for help for a long time, my prayers are answered, he sent me to "Grand Smile Dental." They kept it real and they did not give me any false hope, they are focus, they are professional, right down to their Administrative Assistance, including time, cost and my input. I don't have the words right now to explain, but "no pain, no gain." We thank you. Thank you. Thank you. N.B.: Reality check it is not one day procedure.

I just received my finished implant dentures and I'm very satisfied. Along the way I had requests of color and size adjustments which presented no issues and were taken care of quickly. My family got used to seeing me with the temporaries but once the finished product was completed with my requested adjustments, all agreed that I looked great like my natural self. I definitely would recommend Grand Smile Dental . Thank you all for a great job!
