Dr. Alexandra Khaimov graduated with a bachelor of science in Biology. She received her degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery at New York University College of Dentistry where she graduated in the top 10 percent of her class. She loves the collaboration of technology and cosmetic dentistry which one can see at once on entering her office. Dr. Khaimov believes in meticulous care of each of her patients as they are a reflection of her work and therefore spends extensive time outside of work educating herself in the latest technologies and advancements of the field of cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Alexandra Khaimov in conjunction with General and Cosmetic Dentistry performs many specialty aspects of her profession as well, including Veneers, Invisalign, Endodontics, Implants, Periodontics and Restorative dentistry. Her office is designed with the latest in modern dental equipment to provide a pleasant and relaxed environment for her patients. Truly outstanding work. Everything they did is aesthetically just perfect. Each step of the process was made to be as painless and smooth as possible by the Doctors and staff. The office is very sleek and adorned with custom modern artwork and beautiful materials; this may seem like a small detail- but it along with the overall decor really relaxes you, and transforms the process of getting dental work done. Both my dental implants and Fastbraces were painless from start to finish. Thank you to everyone at grand smile!

Update: I returned about 6 months later for adult fastbraces. Dr Alex is one of the highest credentialed fastbraces dentists in the world (A Certified Senior Master Provider) which really helped eased my nerves about getting it done. In total it took about 7 months ( initial visit plus adjustments a couple times per month which only took a few minutes each ). Everything went exactly according to plan and my teeth are perfect. --Highly recommended and Well worth the commute!Highly recommended by coworkers, but I was a little hesitant due to distance from me (1 hour drive from Riverhead LI ). The facility is very impressive. Its spotlessly clean, has state of the art tech, and a stylish modern interior. The front desk staff is very warm and welcoming. Dr. Alex took time to answer all of my questions and thoroughly explain my diagnosis/treatment plan. She is a highly skilled dentist. I felt far less pain following the procedures than I have in the past, and everything healed perfectly right on schedule. Now that I've had these issues taken care of I can proceed with much needed braces. Update: I returned about 6 months later for adult fastbraces. If you looking for Hollywood Smile, look no further. Grand Dental Smiles, staff, dentists are the best. All i knew was braces until I was introduced to Fast braces. Unlike regular braces, i got my smile back in just 6 months. And i cant stop smiling. Once again thank you Grand Smile Dental.

I've been suffering with bad teeth for more than 10 years. Esthetically, they looked bad, and I didn't have enough money to have them worked on. That until I went to grand smile center and they signed me up for a grant. The staff and the dentists are amazing and friendly, I still didn't have enough money to attack other issues with my teeth, and they came through once again with solutions. Just take my word and that they will do anything in their power to make you smile again

First off me going to the dentist was never a match made in heaven lol,But it was my first time going to Grand Smile Dental and I have to say from the moment I step in there's was a warm welcome that melts away the fear.The whole Grand Smile Dental family is GREAT!!!! That I wish I could give 10 Stars!..Dr. Alan is a artist and takes pride in his work and understand the assignment! First time in a very long time that I was treated like a patient rather than a customer in a dental office. Hygienist was excellent and gave the most painless deep cleaning I've ever had. Office is beautiful, filled with lovely modern artwork, and is immensely clean. COVID protocols are followed with precision.

Everyone is a little leery about walking into a dentist office because not many people want to be there. However, the experience I had within this facility was by far the best service I have had in a New York City dental office in years. The staff, starting with Dr. Alex and Isabel their Dental Assistant were very helpful. They went over my X-rays and explained exactly what they were going to do and they did so in terms that I understood not dentist jargon and terminologies that only a oral surgeon would understand. lol That was different from other dentists were you sit in anticipation of what they were going to do next. They also have a great finance program run by a woman named Varsha who at first glance I thought was an angel. I didn't have insurance so I was paying cash and she showed me several different payment options and walked me through the finance part of it and again, made sure I fully understood exactly what I was being shown. The entire experience was seamless and I truly felt comfortable. I would recommend and I am recommending this company and their phenomenal staff that goes above and beyond their duties to make you feel comfortable. Thank you Dr. Alex, thank you Isabel and most importantly, THANK YOU Varsha. Keep up the excellent service.

This is THE best Dental Clinic I have ever been to. Extremely clean and very welcoming environment. Varsha, Isabel, Violetta, Mr. Alan, and Dr. Alex are an AMAZING team. They really make sure you feel accommodated once you walk in the clinic. Once you get a service done, they take the time even after hours to call you to make sure you are feeling ok and answer any questions you have. These people aren't rushing to tell you whatever just to get your money. They genuinely care about every single patient and make sure you are 100% happy. If something bothers you, they are more than willing work it out. Thank you for all you do and can't wait to see you grow! HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone who needs anything done with their teeth.

Everything about Grand Smile was so much less stressful than any other dental clinic I have been to. The staff is so warm and friendly! And the decor is just beautiful. Modern and high tech, but warm and comforting at the same time. Dr. Alex eased me through my nervousness and was incredible!

Remarkably nice clinic. Modern and very polished, has a boutique like feel. Very clean and classy. Noticeably high tech. I was nervous, but Dr. was very gentle and did an excellent job. Front desk was very friendly and professional in sorting out my insurance etc. Excellent overall experience!
