Dr. Robinson did emergency oral surgery on my husband after our primary dentist neglected his tooth issue. My husband had severe infection, swelling and pain. Dr. Robinson and staff were all concerned. Dr Robinson was caring, thorough and explained everything he had to do. My husband had follow up appointments to make sure he was healing correctly. We believe if it wasn't for Dr Robinson and team my husband would of been hospitalized. Everyone there was very compassionate and concerned for his well-being. Thank you all so much for putting your patients first and for taking my husband in for emergency care. He finally has his face back and is pain free..

Great job, OMSA!!! Impressive customer service by all staff including scheduling, registration and insurance/billing. Minimal wait time. Great care by Dr. Erbentraut and clinical staff.

The computers were down while I was there, so there was a bit of confusion there, but everyone was as accommodating as they could be given the circumstances.

I mentioned that I was in a bit of a hurry because of work, they took me right in and I was seen and on my way in 20 minutes! Good office!

This office lives up to its mission of compassion. Dr Erbentraut and his assistant Brook were so kind. Brook called later in the day to see how I was doing. And I have had no pain at all since the surgery! Office staff is great also : ). Highly recommended this practice.

Dr. Brooks did an excellent job with a very challenging dental issue. He was kind and and prepared me for what he was going to do. The result was perfect! His staff was kind and supportive. Great doctor and staff.

Very happy with the service at OMSA on Lake Michigan Dr., needed a tooth extraction asap and they got me in that afternoon and did a awesome job. Would definitely recommend them for your oral surgery needs.

These people are lowest of low when it comes to healthcare. I need 8 teeth pulled and after 2 reschedule they tell me they need 1300 dollars up front on top of 3700 dollars my insurance covers.. and I still get no service. My jaws swollen, I'm in severe pain and f... refuse to schedule me. They clearly put money way above the health or well being of there patients.

Yanked my wisdom teeth out. Procedure was quick and easy, and the staff were incredibly kind. I recovered fairly quickly too.

The employees are very helpful, genuine, and pleasant. Oh, and they did a great job on my teeth too!!
