We understand how difficult it can be to get a child to enjoy visiting the dentist. The truth is those others do not have the knowledge or skills to treat oral health issues in children. Fortunately, we have the skills and specific training to provide the pediatric dental care a child needs. We create a comfortable and welcoming environment to help the child relax.

We strive to create a positive relationship with the patients so they are not as afraid of returning to dental care in the future. We also walk parents through every step of the process so there is no confusion. We understand how to interpret a child stating that there is a pain in the teeth, but they are not sure of what it is. We value healthy teeth at a young age to promote healthy growth for years to come.

Wonderful and courteous staff. In and out without much difficulty; and, the appointment was made 3-hours prior to arriving for in-person office visit. Everything that occurred during the appointment was explained to me by the dentist.

I used to take my daughter to a dentist down the road, ended up switching to this office because it was more convenient. I was worried my daughter would be heart broken because she loved the previous office but she ended up loving it here even more. Dr. Khan and his staff are super friendly and nice! Would definitely recommend!

This place was absolutely amazing. I called as a new patient having just moved to the area and all my insurance things being still packed. They went out of their way and looked everything up for me (yes I know everyone has access to do it but everyone won't do it). The got us in right way (all 4 of my kids at one time). Everyone was super friendly and professional. My kids were at ease and actually sat through service with no problem. The office is clean and so fun. They have arcade games set up and the aesthetics are crazy with 3D sculptors around the building and a great underwater theme. I wanted to make them my dentist . This is definitely my kids permanent dentist!

I don't know where to start.... As list will keep going longer and longer.... Doctor is excellent with so much patience, which you expect from pediatric dentist. The staff is so cooperative and friendly.. the facility is super clean and full of latest equipment needed. All chairs are sleeping chairs with overhead TV for kid's entertainment. Treatment plan is very well articulated and we explained. Staff works hard with insurance company to maximize the plan benefits in favor of patients.. In nut shell, the experience you and your kids can dream of going to dentist can be achieved at Grand Parkway Pediatrics! Highly highly recommend....!!

We were referred here by the special needs community group. Our son is on the autism spectrum so we were excited to join after moving here from Nevada recently. Had a gut punching appointment time, where our kiddo became increasingly stressed. There was no indication of this practice being familiar with special needs children. Staff kept mentioning it would be a few minutes more and after waiting 40 minutes past appt time, our son had a complete meltdown in office that resulted in throwing chairs and he began hitting himself from frustration. The signs of this began occurring 15 minutes past appt as office staff could see he was becoming visibly stressed due to the noise and overstimulation. Also, due to sensory issues the dentist is already a stressful appointment and for offices that are educated know this. There was no help from staff or clear updates (hyper critical of special needs). Concise information could have been relayed, so that we could have waited in the car or taken a quick walk nearby. We sent an email afterwards to request a new appointment through their portal saying that we would like to try this again (honestly believed it was a major mistake)but also begged that training be conducted because our visit was so far off from what is mentioned on their site. The no response and no call back was equally disappointing as well as the lack of understanding. Will continue to advise and speak up about this in the community and will continue to fight for and represent special abilities children.

We just switched over to this practice about 6-7 months ago because we changed our insurance. It has been two visits and so far our experience has been great. This place seems to run pretty efficiently and the dentists are good and listen to your concerns.
