Everyone was very nice, polite and patient. Dr B answered all my questions, explained what is going on and what should be fixed. This was my first visit and they have done a lot more than some other practices in the past. I am very satisfied

I broke my front tooth today... pretty jagged snaggle tooth with not much tooth left. I looked like a hockey playing Halloween pumpkin. I was sitting in the exam chair within an hour of the break. The dentist and two assistants were exemplary. They were knowledgeable, efficient and compassionate. Two hours later I had a attractive matching temporary crown and a permanent crown will be in place within three weeks. Did I mention I had never been a patient there before? I 100% would definitely recommend!

Fantastic cleaning and very detailed pictures and review of my mouth. Efficient office Second visit very talented and knowledgeable dentists. You want to see Dr Kristen Billing: you see a priced treatment plan prior to work. No surprises 10/12/22 Sixth month cleaning was very thorough. Education on oral care is always welcomed. Very informative! Pleasant and efficient office. No surprises on billing as it is presented to you prior to work. Thank you.

Nice office and staff. However I had a cracked tooth- (no cavity) fixed recently I have been feeling a sensitivity in the tooth. Went back and was told it was perfectly fine. It's not fine it hurts daily. When the tooth was fixed it was difficult for dental assistant to remove the temporary.

I won't be returning to this dental office. I was extremely uncomfortable and worried about letting Dr. Helman and her two assistants perform a pretty simple procedure. The three women were disorganized, not trained to work together, and ill prepared to do the work I came in for. They were also sloppy and rough. These three reminded me of the Three Stooges. I came very close to getting up from the chair and leaving. They and I are lucky I was able to leave pretty-much unscathed, with just some gum soreness and scrapes inside my cheeks. My husband and I are looking for a new dentist, and an office where most people there are able to speak and understand English.

I called because I was experiencing a sensitivity in a molar. I had never been to the practice before today. Within 24 hours I had the appointment. After x-rays etc., the dentist determined that the crown was in fine shape. No treatment was necessary. This is a very busy practice but, yet, they made a spot for me to be seen.

Dr. Kristin is awesome! She really loves her job and it shows in all she does. She is also an artist when it comes to fixing teeth. She makes movie star teeth out of fillings. And, she's always available for emergencies, of which, I've had more than my fair share, being raised in a rural area with no fluoride in the water. I used to be terrified of dentists. She never hurts me.

Everyone at Grand Lely treats their patients with respect and professionalism. They were so helpful when I needed to be seen before I had to leave shortly on a trip out of state. They were able to fit me in and get an X-ray. I appreciate the time they took and always take with each regular appointment as well. I highly recommend the dentists and staff of Grand Lely dentistry.

Just moved here! Woke up with severe pain in my crowned rear molar. Dr Bujila took me in as an emergency patient in less than 30 minutes! He could easily have suggested we remove the crown on the spot but wanted to be cautious to see if the issue resolved itself as there was no infection present. So grateful!
