I've visited twice as of June 2022. Appointments run on time. Staff is friendly. Dr. Lee is direct with recommendations. Costs seem reasonable with Delta Dental.

I am new patient at this dental clinic. Dr. Lee explained the root of problems in details which I am very appreciated. There are no extra and frills like the other dental office in San Ramon, CA. My step daughter also just had general cleaning and procedures follow-up. The staffs are very nice and explain treatment plans very well. To clarify, x-ray is necessary before any treatment annually because the dentists have to know your teeth structure and examine teeth conditions before any treatment . This will allow the dental offices to protect themselves. It's liability issues.

Dr. Lee is a wonderful dentist. She always takes time to clearly explain the diagnosis with her patients. I appreciate that she is thorough and detail oriented. Highly recommend Grand Lake Dental.

Do not go here! There is an either non-professional or really greedy dentist. I've had very healthy teeth, and when I'd come to this dentist it appeared I need 13 fillings! Out of the blue! I did about 6-7 of them and then, lucky me, I went to another dentist. Who told me, that I don't need anything, and he would prefer to wait and observe, rather than doing the unnecessary procedure. And also that I need to be more disciplined with my mouth hygiene, to improve the situation. But none fillings! I feel like I was scammed, and money is not an issue, but possible damage to my teeth, that's really making me sad.

I recently moved and was definitely nervous about finding a new dentist after going to the same one for so long. Grand Lake Dental crew were all so nice and extremely helpful on my first visit! Dr. Lee was awesome and had great answers for all my questions. The front desk has been amazing! They are easy to contact, helpful with scheduling changes, and I LOVE that I always get a reminder email and/or call about my next appointments. I would definitely recommend this dentist to friends.

Dr. Lee is very sincere and efficient dentist. I have very brittle teeth and they require close attention for up keeping. Dr. Lee always explains the various possibilities to do repair of the affected teeth. Whenever she works on my teeth, I have no pain during and after the treatment. The follow up care included calling my home to check up if I experienced any difficulty eating food etc.

I am Dr. Lees patient for over a year. It is a pleasure to visit her dental office. She welcomes us with smiles. Her observation and treatment analysis are very precise and helped me to get my many broken teeth repaired fully. This has reduced my gaps between teeth and prevent food trappings. Her treatment is very efficient and painless.

I would recommend grand lake dental to anyone who's looking for a friendly neighborhood practice, the staff are very professional. They greet you with a welcoming smile, positive attitude & make you feel very comfortable because going to the dentist can be a little scary sometimes, from my prior experience with other dentist. Thank you Dr.Lee & staff.

Dr. Lee and her staff are very helpful. She answer all my questions and make sure I understand everything before I get started with my dental work.
