I've had some bad experiences with Dentists before, but as soon as I walk in the door I felt comfortable and at ease. It was my first visit. Everyone is very courteous and professional did their jobs very well and in a very timely manner. I had an excellent experience. And I am looking forward to going back to continue my work.

The staff is very caring, general, and genuinely want to help keep my teeth healthy. I am normally fearful of Dentist but I felt comfortable with this office from start to finish. Very poor service ! Disappointed in the way they treated my mother as a patient. Front office staff is horrible at communicating effectively. Wendy does not take accountability for anything rather makes excuses to justify her actions! How about you start being sincere and provide adequate service as every health/dental care should be aiming to. Do not recommend.

The staff is very kind. They work well with my 3 children. The Dentist is very knowledgeable and kind as well. He takes the time to answer any questions that you have. He is also honest and upfront about cost and what may/may not be covered.

I've never felt more at home with a dentist. Dr. Woods went above and beyond any other dentist for my kids. She saved us from so much unnecessary work. Little land explorers told us almost $1k more in dental work but Dr woods was able to not only save us the money but the unnecessary pain for my son. My kids love her so much they get excited to go to the dentist. No fear of cavities bow The office is very nice with a basketball hoop even! The staff is great. We just love Grand Family Dentistry!

Very helpful stuff and dentist: Explained all procedures Helpful and flexible scheudling (they even leave voicemail if you don't answer the reminder call) The office and Dr. Valdez go out of their way to help resolve insurance issues
