Dr. Jean-Baptiste enjoys staying physically active and fit by playing soccer, going to the gym, and participating in fitness competitions. She also loves cooking, painting, and spending quality time with her family, friends, and dog.

I am dissatisfied with my service. I went in to get a extraction and first off my appointment was scheduled wrong multiple times. Then I was told I had to pay $455 out of pocket which I said was fine because I needed the procedure. Okay then when I came in no one really knew my bill. I had three different people tell me it was $455 then $515 because I wanted laughing gas because I couldn't be put to sleep but then I changed my mind and said it's okay. The bill was still $515 because all of a sudden there was a charge that my insurance didn't cover mind you I paid for a previous appointment which was only like $5 because of my insurance. Okay but then I had another person say I only needed to pay $8 after I paid the $455. I am upset because everyone was discombobulated and didn't know when I was supposed to be seen. I will not be coming back. And I still firmly believe I paid over the amount. The procedure however was okay I wish it was better but I made it.

I went for a cleaning, Dr Jean-Baptiste and her dental assistant Adrian were the ones who performed the cleaning. Not only does the doctor make you feel comfortable and does great work, the both of them make you feel like family. I also find it impressive that as an assistant, Adrian is very knowledgeable. This is by far the best dentist I've been to.

Adrian is literally the most personable dental assistant i've ever met! He really knew how to take those x rays. He would always crack jokes and make me smile. Adrian is also very efficient and knows how to make someone's day.

Like many, I'm not a fan of going to the dentist. But, Grand Dentistry made it much more pleasant of an experience for me than I had with dentists in the past. Gillian made sure that from the moment I walked in the back I was comfortable & happy. Gillian completed the necessary exams swiftly which helped ease my anxiety immensely. Thank you to the front desk staff, Dr. Gardner & especially Gillian for turning a typically dreadful experience into something I actually am looking forward to now.

Every visit I have at Grand Dentistry is pleasant and efficient! Colleen is AMAZING she makes you feel so comfortable!! She always listens to all of my concerns, explains everything thoroughly, and is so patient and kind. Colleen is fantastic and I cannot recommend her and Grand Dentistry enough!!!!

10/22 I had more work done. Adrian was my assistant this time and he was fantastic!! He was knowledgeable and professional. This young man is definitely going places. I can tell that he's so eager to learn every aspect of the business because I asked a lot of different questions and he was able to not only answer them but expound on them! You go Adrian!! First time at Grand Dentistry. Very happy with their services! I loved Kristen!! She was so thorough! Definitely knows her stuff. Dr. Baptist was wonderful too!

Very knowledgeable and up to date facility. Everyone's knowledge and training shows. You may find some procedures cheaper elsewhere, but you get what you pay for. I pay for quality and the trust it's done correctly!
