If I could give negative stars I would. My crown came off and after 1 second of being looked at was told "I can't put this back in" and was stared at. I had to ask what do I do and still was given no direction and left with a hole in my mouth that will likely get infected. Waste of time

I was told that I needed a crown. Had to go in 3 times and had to see two different dentists. At the crown fitting I told the dentist that I still had a cold, uncomfortable sensation under the tooth she was working on. She made a comment to her assistant that I shouldn't feel anything and that the other dentist must not have gotten all the nerves. Then she put the crown on anyway! I asked repeatedly if I should have the nerves worked on again and she dismissed it like it was nothing. It still feels uncomfortable and I am going to another dental office to have it looked at.

High bill for a "Terrible" dental cleaning! I made a regular cleaning appointment with Dr. Rachel Cohen. I checked with my dental insurance for the cleaning prior to make the appointment. The copay is 5 dollars. But, after the cleaning, I was so shock with the bill of $267. The dentist explained that she gave me a deep cleaning instead of regular cleaning and my insurance does not cover for these services. This made me very mad that they should let me know before the procedure. Then they said in 2018, I had this cleaning procedure. Also, the lady said the deep cleaning procedure has already done so I owed them the big bill. Wow, can you believe this. They mentioned 4 years ago procedure that I had done and force me to accept for this cleaning without my consensus. During the last 3 years, I was with another dentist in MN. My dentist did regular cleaning more thoroughly than Dr Cohen's deep cleaning. She did not say I need deep cleaning. I paid 5 dollars copay for cleaning for many years. Without the comparison, I would never know how sloppy the work that the Grand dentistry did. If you are looking for a dentist, think twice, don't go to this place.

Rude receptionist and terrible customer service. I waited over 20 minutes for a 9:15 appointment and the receptionist made me feel like I was out of line for asking if I came at the wrong time. There are tons of choices for a dentist in the area. No need to go here.

Dr lozoff answered his phone on a Saturday morning when I had a terrible toothache, he was able to get me a prescription for an antibiotic, the office called me 1st thing on Monday morning and got me right in. I was in tears with pain still, so dr lozoff wrote me a script for a stronger antibiotic and a pain reliever. They even called to check on me later in the evening. I'm glad we switched to this dentist!

This company is committing insurance fraud. They will put you on their HMO roster but deny you an appointment. This allows them to collect insurance money but not give you any services.

Terrible customer service! I called to make an appointment had to leave a message and then waited 2 hours before a calling back. When I called back (Which is good I did since they were closing) the receptionist was super rude and told me "your not listening to me" when all I was asking were questions about my insurance because I had never been there before. She also told me that with my insurance I wouldn't be able to get in for months....WHAT?!!!! I was in pain and needed a dentist in a day not months!! Then told me to call back tomorrow with more information on my insurance because they were "closing now" it was 1:45pm. Website as well as answering machine say they close at 5. I never walked in the door of this dentist office so I can't say anything about the dentists that work there but I can say the receptionist should be fired. On the plus side I called a different dentist and talked to a very nice lady and will be seen right away.

Horrible office. Receptionist apparently owns the place or at least she acts like she does. So rude, no empathy, just doesn't seem to care. She should not be working with patients. Also they are impossible to schedule appointments with. Pretty sure these dentists never work as no one is ever available. They don't make room in their schedule for emergency appointments and they won't even let you see a different, available dentist if you are in severe pain. They'll just offer pain meds. Terrible!! None of them should be working in this field if they are content with running this kind of dental office. Pretty sure there are better offices out there and I will looking for someone new asap.

I have been very impressed with the work I have had done, and the attentiveness of the staff. I have had no issues getting in on short notice for emergency work, or to schedule general appointments. They have made great referrals for other procedures, and appreciate the help they provide.

Went to dr. Glassman about a toothache and he said I was fine. Few months later I returned with the same toothache and was told I had a deep cavity and instead of an affordable, more comfortable filling, I had to get a root canal.
