Very happy with my experiences here. Dr Patel is a gold star dentist! All of the hygienists are great too and front staff. I love that they play schitts creek on the TVs. That alone is a selling point for me lol. It makes the time go by way faster. The small goodie bags at the end are nice too, the last time a dentist office had those I was a kid!! They actually try to make your experience pleasant. Oh, last thing I'll add, if you're only available on certain days in certain timeframes and there's no availability for appointment on the website, if you call and ask, they'll always work with your schedule and get you in.

My favorite (non-surgical) dental practice in Chicago! Dr. Patel, Dr. Chen, and Mariela are extremely thorough and kind. My teeth cleanings are always a pleasure where I feel fresh and so clean clean :)

Absolutely loved my visit. Usually don't write google reviews but was so satisfied that I wanted to give this place a good rating. I hadn't been to a dentist in years so was somewhat dreading it but from the front desk to the actual cleaning everyone was so friendly and professional that it was a relaxing visit. Loved that they explained every single thing they were doing to me. Would recommend this place to anybody.

Just got my teeth cleaned and tooth bonding here. Everyone is so professional and accommodating. I felt so welcomed and comfortable during my visit. Definitely going back to this practice when I'm ready to try Invisalign. Hands down the best dentist experience I've ever had!

Been coming here for a year or so and have always been pleased with their service. Today I had a dental issue that needed quick attention and they were able to get me in five hours after I called and quickly fixed the issue. I highly recommend Grand Dentistry if you're looking for a dentist in Chicago.

I would definitely say many of these reviews are fakes and extremely embarrassing how the company responds to every negative comment with their own negative comment. This corporation bought out my dentist and I will be switching after being part of grand dental for about 2 years. I've never had a cavity now suddenly I've had 4 since they took over. I will say Vanessa, a hygienist, is very skilled and friendly but that can't make up for the corporate greed feel I get from this place

Best dentist ever. I came in with PTSD from previous dentists, and they provided professional care plus they were respectful, honest, and kind. Their office is up to date, the staff is awesome, and I completely trust them with my teeth.

Dr. McLean and his team are terrific! I've had some traumatizing past experiences with other dentists, but they make me feel comfortable and keep me informed throughout whatever has to be done. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Let me just say, I wish I knew about Grand Dentistry ages ago. Dr. Patel hooked up my front crowns like it's nothing. I am so excited to have my smile back. The staff were also very friendly and professional. I would recommend anyone looking for whatever is going on with your teeth to give them a try; I promise you would be satisfied!!!! Thanks a lot Dr. Patel all smiles.

I was really happy with my experience at Grand Dentistry. There was a bit of a wait for an appointment, but it was well worth it - my hygienist, Trisha, was awesome and gave me one of the best, most thorough, yet gentle cleanings I've ever had. She also gave me some helpful tips on how to take better care of my teeth at home. Thank you!

This place does not have an emergency contact and they will NOT get back to you in case of an emergency. They also fail to provide follow-up or good post-op care. In June 2019, I had a root canal at the office on Grand. No care instructions were given except that if I feel discomfort, I should take Advil / Tylonel. I ended up get getting VERY sick with what I believe is an infection. Could not get a hold of the dentist. Called, left messages, sent emails - nothing. They don't have an emergency contact so if it's after hours, you will NOT be able to get any consultation. Had to get antibiotics through a different provider and see other dentists. I'm still recovering and I don't know what the path to recovery is. May need to get the tooth retreated, root canal redone, who knows. But I'm still in pain and there's growing concern that there's a serious infection. But my dentist did not tell me ANY of this information. This has been the first time I had issues with dental work but please take it from me - do not go here because it can screw you over big time.

I had a wonderful time at Grand Dentistry! The staff was friendly and welcoming. My teeth were cleaned thoroughly and my hygienist shared a lot of new and specific tips to help me further improve my brushing/gum health. Dr. Patel was very welcoming and helpful, sharing various alternatives for my future oral care. I look forward to my return! Thank you!
