I first saw Dr Phang a few years ago for toothache, before that I rarely had problem with my teeth. After that visit, My teeth are started broken or decaying very fast one after another in previous years. I kept going back to him 'cause he seems to be a nice person. After last visit, he looks quite suspicious. I felt with my tongue a clear small cut to the base of the teeth next to the teeth just fixed . Of course, a few months later that teeth break . I believe he is the Ted Bundy of the dentist world . LEARN from my experience.

Sonny p set me up for a crack tooth. I tried to tell him that my back tooth he fiill Is now higher then the other teeth's and I been feeling pain for about 2 weeks. He got loud and start say there is nothing wrong with your teeth. So instead of turning this into a fist fight. I went to another dentist. The dentist examine my tooth and said the pain is not just going to go away. You have a crack tooth. He said Sonny p set me up for a creak tooth. The tooth had tto to pulled.

After noticing how much better my teeth have been since being treated by Dr. Phang I felt he more than deserves a 5 star rating and review. He's been a dentist for many years probably decades and it shows through his knowledge and quality work. I really appreciate how attentive and genuinely caring Dr. Phang truly is. His staff is nice and professional as well.

After noticing how much better my teeth have been since being treated by Dr. Phang I felt he more than deserves a 5 star rating and review. He's been a dentist for many years probably decades and it shows through his knowledge and quality work. I really appreciate how attentive and genuinely caring Dr. Phang truly is. His staff is nice and professional as well.

I'm from NY and I was on vacation in San Francisco when I experienced excruciating tooth pain on the morning of June 8th! I called multiple dental care places but Grand Dental Care was the only place where they took time to ask me partinent questions and took my issue seriously on a Saturday morning. So I drove there. Although running a busy place, Dr. Phang took his time, was caring, and made me feel comfortable and respected. The nursing staff was equally engaging, conversational, caring, and nice. I happened to have a root canal and the whole process to fix it, temporarily, took about 10-15 minutes. Dr. Phang explained everything he was doing. He showed me where the problem was and stopped periodically to ask if I was doing okay. The nurse did the same and asked me nicely to do what she needed to clean my mouth. I have been to many dentists before and I always flinched and ask for more numbing medication. However, not today. Apart from some normal pressure, I never experienced pain nor asked for more numbing medication. Overall, this could have been one of those vacations-gone-bad situations but fortunately, my vacation is still going great. I'm greatly appreciative of Dr. Phang and his very professional team at Grand Dental Care. This is what going to the doctor should be like! Ngoda

I went to Grand Dental a couple of times and the staff was friendly the Dr. was as well quiet though..... not very informative! I called again for an appointment and the person that answered the phone was RUDE and talked over me did not allow me to talk I believe that they are money hungry I have a crown and a broken tooth and was ready to self Pay in full! The just lost a patient and $ I called three other Dentists and they were all very helpful and easily gave me a range of quotes and welcomed me and make payments if I needed to. I will refer no other ppl to this practice I have referred at least 4 patients!!!
