Dr. Kathleen Conderato attended the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, PA where she completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. She continued her education at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery. After graduating dental school in 1988, Dr. Conderato served 3 years active duty in the U.S. Navy Dental Corps at Great Lakes, IL. Upon discharge and completion of her Reserve Corps commitment, she currently holds the rank of Lieutenant Commander. In 1993, Dr. Conderato opened a family dental practice in Mansfield, OH offering comprehensive dentistry in a caring and compassionate manner. She practiced here for over 20 years providing great dental care to her patients of all ages. She has extensive experience in oral surgery, root canal treatment, cosmetic dentistry, and implants. Continuing education for life-long learning is very important to Dr. Conderato. She has attended many classes and seminars enhancing her ability to provide the most innovative and predictable treatment outcomes for her patients. Her involvement in the Spear Study Club in Scottsdale, AZ provides her the opportunity to collaborate with dental specialists to treat more comprehensive cases. Dr. Conderato relocated to Arizona after vacationing here for many years. She enjoys mountain biking, hiking, and all outdoor pursuits. With 2 active cattle dogs she can be found enjoying the beautiful mountains and desert diversity in her free time.

I have been practicing dentistry since graduating from Case Western Reserve Dental School in Cleveland in 1988. I served 3 years of active duty with the Navy as a general dentist in Great Lakes, Il achieving the rank of Lt. Commander. I opened a private practice in Mansfield, OH living there for 20 years before selling the practice and fulfilling a life-long dream of relocating out west. I live in Cave Creek now and enjoy life with my spouse and 3 very active cattle dog mixes. I enjoy working out, running, mountain biking and hiking. I have recently discovered the joys of travel with an RV and load up the dogs every chance I get for fun and adventure. I am blessed to be a part of the dental family at Grand Avenue Family Dental and look forward to many more years of dentistry here in Surprise.

Bree joined the Grand Avenue Family Dental crew in 2013 and brings a wealth of experience with over 14 years as an Office Manager. She has always loved helping people smile! She is originally from Washington state, but has lived here in Arizona with her husband going on 11 years. Their 5 kids keep them busy with school & sports. They have 2 cats, Jazzie & Cena, who complete their family perfectly! In her spare time, youll find her interior decorating, active with Boxing & Kickboxing or watching true crime shows.

Brittany is our Lead Dental Assistant; she has been at our office since 2019. She has enjoyed working in dentistry for over 10 years. She is a native to Arizona and loves adventures with her friends and family. She keeps busy with her husband, two kids, and two dogs (Kailana and Maui).

Sarah has been a dental assistant for 6 years and graduated from Carrington College in Phoenix. She enjoys being part of a great team that truly cares about our patients. She loves having the opportunity to help our patients achieve a healthy and happy smile. When she is not at work her time is spent with her three children. She loves making memories and anything to do with the outdoors; swimming, hiking and traveling. Sarah is always smiling and is a very positive person.

Stacy began her career as a dental receptionist in 2017. She relocated to Arizona in the spring of 2020 from Hilo Hi. Stacy has worked as a dental assistant from 2000 to 2004, and from 2014 to 2017 She is committed to assist the office manager and team to provide the best care for our patients. Stacy has been married for 17 yrs and has two boys, the oldest is Nate who is 17yrs old and the youngest is Zach who is 12yrs old. She loves the outdoors, spending time with her family, and traveling.

Rachel a graduate of West Los Angeles College Dental Hygiene Program, in Los Angeles, California. I have 20 years experience working as a Registered Dental Assistant & Registered Dental Hygienist . I enjoy my career where I strive for excellent patient communication, patient rapport and quality of care. I graduated president of my class in 2016 and was honored in the top five. I am actively involved with dental hygiene outside of the clinical practice, by being a president of my local and state dental hygiene organizations, as well as a national product educator. Outside of the office I love to spend time with my five horses, where I actively compete in barrel racing. I also enjoy spending time on the lake, hiking and rollerblading. Audra grew up in the Midwest, and comes to us with just over 30 years of Dental experience. She received her Associates in Applied Science Dental Hygiene from Des Moines Community College in 1995 and went on to finish her Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Nutrition from Arizona State University in 2010. Audra loves to help her patients stay healthy, happy and comfortable in her chair. She is an extremely proud Mom of one son. She enjoys time with her family, competing in triathlons, trail running, backpacking, hiking and camping, pretty much anything outdoors.

Kylie graduated the dental hygiene program in 2019, with 4 years prior experience as a dental assistant. Educating people on oral hygiene, and helping them feel confident in their smile is what she loves! Shes an Arizona native and loves everything the state has to offer. When not working, she can be found soaking up all her free time with her husband of 7 years and 2 daughters. They love finding any excuse to enjoy some Disney magic!

Jennifer moved from the Chicago suburbs in 1997. She has been a dental hygienist since 2014 and has loved the dental field since she was a teenager in braces. She enjoys getting to know all her patients and putting any fears or anxiety they might have to rest. She is laser certified with numerous hours of CE courses under her belt. Her main focus is patient comfort and excellent gingival and periodontal care. Every other weekend you can find her at the racetrack watching her son compete in Karting. She enjoys traveling, working out at the gym, cooking, dining, and most of all spending time with her family.
