Dr. Doser started her professional career with a Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Wyoming/Sheridan Community College. After receiving this degree Dr. Doser worked as a dental hygienist while also taking the required courses for admission into Dental School. In 2010 Dr. Doser earned her advanced degree, Doctorate of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) from Oregon Health and Science University. As a native of Wyoming, Dr. Doser returned with her family to Start Grand Avenue Dental Center in 2010. Dr. Doser is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Wyoming Dental Association (WDA), Academy of General Density (AGD), American Academy of Dental Sleep medicine (AADSM), and the Summit Dental Implant Study Club.
In her free time Dr. Doser loves spending time with her husband Tom and two young kids Madalyn and Dutch. As a family they enjoy the beautiful summers with close access to the mountains and outdoor activities while only being a short distance to the front range of Colorado.
Dr. Peebles was born and raised in Mayfield, Kentucky. In 2007, she received her Bachelors of Science (B.S.) degree from Murray State University, majoring in Biology. She then attended dental school at the University of Louisville, graduating with her Doctorate of Dental Medicine (D.M.D) in 2011. Next, she completed a General Practice Residency (GPR) at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, serving as chief resident in 2012. She was also a member of the Remote Area Medical Clinic (RAM) and became certified in Forensic Odontology at the famous Body Farm. In 2013 she moved to the Washington DC Metro Area where she worked in private practice, taking advantage of Continuing Education (CE) courses to stay updated on the latest trends in dentistry. In 2019 she continued her journey and moved with her family to Laramie, bringing her patient-focused approach to dentistry and friendly personality to Grand Avenue Dental. She is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association and Academy of Laser Dentistry.
Keely is a 2010 graduate of LCCC's Dental Hygiene program. Keely has been part of our experienced team since 2010. She has a passion for dental hygiene and her warm and playful personality is a wonderful addition to our team.

Grand Avenue Dental Center is the perfect place to go if you are trying to find a dentist. All the staff are incredibly friendly and approachable. They are very knowledgeable about their field and they will answer all of your questions. Additionally, they are very transparent about pricing and procedures.

Very professional and friendly service. If you have an issue they will get you on their schedule ASAP and the staff genuinely care. The office is clean and modern. I do however wish they offered payment plans. Other than that, Dr. Doser and her staff are top notch.

Great dental office located in downtown Laramie! The front desk staff makes you feel right at home immediately when you walk in the door. They give over the top- AMAZING care. Dr. Doser is a master of her craft, informative and very friendly. She and her team at Grand Ave Dental is outstanding! I have been to other dentist offices that I have been to exaggerated what my needs were to make more money. This office gives you an estimate for anything you need and in house insurance. FINALLY, a dentist with integrity. They are straightforward and professional. Every visit is like visiting friends. I couldn't be happier with my result!

I always feel comfortable when I come in to Grand Avenue Dental Center. Everyone there is at the top of their dental game! I also was able to get squeezed in for an evaluation the same day I called due to a cracked tooth. Thank you all for treating me so well! Shout out to Keely, Daniel, and Dr. Doser!

I am absolutely terrified of going to the dentist, but the entire team at Grand Avenue Dental Center were so caring and compassionate. They were patient with me and took their time to explain everything that would be happening. They also have good music that makes the experience less daunting.

Relatively decent services overall, staffs are friendly, Only downside is that the price is higher than average, I understand the inflation, but if you don't have insurance, you gotta pay a lot, and they don't offer cash discount.

Being new to the area, they took very good care of my husband that needed 4 teeth pulled. They got us in quickly. I highly recommend this dentist. My husband said they are the best dentist he has ever gone to.
