Very thankful and happy with my new dental place!!!My hygienist Angi she's very professional .Also the doctor and all staff!Good atmosphere!Truly recommend this dental care!

Going to the dentist has its anxiety, but I always feel like I am important at Graham Family Dental. I never feel like I am rushed through treatment or pressured into a procedure. I always feel valued as a person, not just a patient. Will always be my dentist facility. Dr. Chen and Angie are awesome!

Life happens and sometimes appointments need to cancel at the same day. That unfortunately is just part of owning a business. Hitting your customers with a "My time is valuable" fee is a poor method to keep clients. $50 dollars vs years of potential billing.

I've been to other dentists on South Hill and NONE were as professional and gentle as Graham Family Dentist. I'm the biggest chicken when it comes to dentist. I'm so glad I found them. I've been going for 5 years now and will never switch again.

The staff at Graham Family Dental is awesome! From the time you walk in the front door until you leave you are treated with respect. Stella is always the first and last person you see when you are Graham Family Dental and she is awesome! Enter with a smile and leave with a bigger smile.

I love Graham Family dental! I'm terrified of the dentist and they've always been extra sweet to me. I've been a patient there for a long time. They're always honest about the work that needs to be done and kind and compassionate. Recommend 100%. We moved back to Washington after 4 years out of state and I drive out from Belfair twice a year to see them.

lived in Graham when I started going here years ago. They helped and encouraged me to improve my personal care as I kept improving it as time went on I have stayed here after moving to puyallup (by fairgrounds) in 2014. Now in Auburn and still I have no desire to change I love the staff , service ,and encouragement! And yes I know my hygienists by name and look forward to my visits because it makes my teeth and gums happy which makes me happy also my hygienist was supportive in my process to quit smoking although it took years but now I am 1year smoke free. They do really care about their patients.

My 88 year old dad needed some immediate dental work done. They got him in within a few hours and charged even less than we had been quoted. Patsy was especially kind and considerate. Dad was so happy! Highly recommend!

If you want exceptional dental care, compassion, professionalism, understanding, nonjudgmental, and dental expertise, you need to go to Graham Family Dental. My teenage son and I have been patients here for 10 years. My son and I love Dr. Chen.My son is terrified of dentists, but thinks so highly of Dr. Chen. We both do. They do not judge you on any personal insecurities you have about your teeth. They are so great and make you feel like part of the family. They are open until late at night, and they also take walk-ins and work on Saturdays. I have never been turned down for an appointment at the last minute. They are exceptional!

The staff here are unparalleled to any other dental provider that I have been to. Everyone from the front desk to the care providers in the back, there is nothing but A+++ service. They ALL truly care about the experience and the comfort of the patient. I moved 30+ miles away and still commute to them because I trust their level of care.

I haven't been to the Dentist in a few years due to anxiety but this week I broke a tooth and it required me to see a dentist. So without any knowledge of this office I randomly selected them and ended up seeing Shawna & Dr. Reynolds to start the process of a crown. I was extremely happy with the positive experience. I scheduled a cleaning before I even left! Highly recommend them!!!! Pain free visit!!!

This place is the biggest rip off. They just want to run you through the ringer and get every dime from you that they can. I come in for a teeth cleaning and all they did was try to add stuff i need done. How come none of the other family dentist i have been going to the past 5 years recommend any of this.
