Dr. Kimberly Gragg has been providing outstanding orthodontic care since 2002. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill and went on to complete her residency in orthodontics, receiving her Master of Science degree. Prior to her dental and orthodontic training, Dr. Gragg received her Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of Florida. This provides Dr. Gragg with a unique insight into the mechanical principles of orthodontic tooth movement.

A published author, Dr. Gragg is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, North Carolina Dental Society, Western Piedmont Dental Society, the Damon Study Club, and numerous other organizations. In her spare time, she volunteers with charitable organizations and enjoys running, water skiing, weightlifting, and spending time with her husband, Lee, and their three children.

Terrie joined the Gragg Orthodontics team in July of 2008. Terrie specializes in scheduling and customer service; she is one of the first smiles you will see when you enter our office! Terrie is an active member of her church and enjoys spending quality time with her family.

Scheduling CoordinatorCandie joined the Gragg Orthodontics team officially in May of 2019, but she has known the Gragg family for 10+ years. Candie has an energetic and bubbly personality that will always make you feel like family; she is always eager to assist! In her spare time, Candie enjoys shopping and spending quality time with her husband, children, and grandchildren!

Insurance CoordinatorOlga joined the Gragg Orthodontics team in June of 2019. Olga specializes in insurance billing, customer service, and scheduling. Although she often works behind the scenes, Olga will always go the extra mile to assist our patients in any way that she can. In her spare time, Olga enjoys spending time with her husband, their dogs, and family.

Treatment CoordinatorAmy joined the Gragg Orthodontics team in August of 2003.Amy is a 2003 graduate of Western Piedmont Community College. She is a certified dental assistant and is also certified in radiation, CPR and infection control. Amy is the Treatment Coordinator and enjoys interacting with patients at their initial visit. In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband and their daughter. Some of her hobbies include hiking, camping and fishing.

Records/Lab CoordinatorIngrid joined the Gragg Orthodontics team in November of 2018. As the lab coordinator, she mostly sees patients at the very beginning and at the very end of their treatment. Her favorite part about her job is interacting and seeing the new patients that start and the end result of patients that have completed treatment. In her spare time, Ingrid enjoys spending time with friends and doing nail art!

Clinical CoordinatorBrandy joined the Gragg Orthodontics team in May of 2008; right after graduating fromthe Dental Assisting Program at Western Piedmont Community College. Brandy watches over our clinic to ensure each patient has a quality visit and that all of our assistantsare equipped with the best knowledge to treat our patients. Brandyis married and has five kids (four boys and one girl). She enjoys working out, being active, enjoying outdoors, watching movies and spending time with her family.

Clinical Assistant/OSHA/Radiation ManagerHilda joined the Gragg Orthodontics team in May of 2018. Hilda is a 2018 graduate of Western Piedmont Community College, where she receivedher diploma in Dental Assisting. In addition to being a clinical assistant, Hilda is also currently the OSHA/Radiation Manager. Hilda takes pride in being able to assist with translating for our Spanish speaking patients. In her spare time, Hilda enjoys spending time with her baby boy, Eliseo and her family.

Clinical AssistantLeMyria joined the Gragg Orthodontics team in June of 2019. From her own experience, LeMyria will attest that a beautiful smile can boost your confidence and self-esteem. She loves working alongside Dr. Gragg and enjoys knowing that she took a role in our patients transformation. LeMyria is not only a great assistant but an awesome baker! Her other hobbies include working out and spending time with her family and two dogs.

Madison joined the Gragg Orthodontics team in November of 2020. Madison is a certified Dental Assistant through the Accelerated Dental Assisting Academy. In addition to being a clinical assistant, she also helps with marketing. Madison had treatment with Dr. Gragg in 2011 and has wanted to work in the office ever since, and her dream came true. Madison enjoys shopping, playing with her dogs, swimming, and spending time with her family.

Cindy joined the Gragg Orthodontics team in June of 2020. She is one of our clinical assistants and is also the Invisalign coordinator for our office. In Cindy's spare time, she enjoys painting, going on hikes, and spending time with her sister Odeth.
