Although my formal education is complete, I regularly complete continuing dental and orthodontic education in order to sharpen my skills and to stay abreast of the latest methods and technologies. As part of my continuing education, I am actively involved with many local and national professional organizations. I wish to offer my patients every advantage in treatment to ensure not only a beautiful and lasting smile, but also a comfortable and efficient experience from beginning to end.

And I am honored to have this ability and to be able to help the people of our community. One of the best parts of my job is simply getting to know my patients and their families. I love being part of their lives during treatment, and I want to provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere for them to visit.

Oftentimes, patients come in lacking confidence and afraid to smile. They often gain self-esteem throughout treatment, and by the end, they are proud to show off their beautiful smiles! Seeing this transformation is the most rewarding part of my job, and it makes me proud to be an orthodontist.

My greatest love is my family, and I spend as much time with them as I can. My beautiful wife, Kristy, and I have a son named Shandon, and four daughters named Jacei, Kennedy, Sydney, and Madison. We love spending time outdoors, and I especially enjoy hunting, fly-fishing, camping, and hiking. In addition, I am a sports enthusiast, watching most sports and following sports statistics.

I also have a deep religious conviction and spend a great deal of my free time serving and participating in church. I teach lessons, plan and participate in service projects, and make weekly visits to those who are in need of an uplifting visit or help with a project.

Dr. Brian Sanders grew up in Pocatello, Idaho, where he graduated high school.He then attended Utah State University where he graduated with honors and received a degree in accounting.He then attended dental school in Las Vegas, NV at UNLV where he graduated cum laude.During dental school, Dr. Sanders grew to love the life transformation that Orthodontists provide.Dr. Sanders completed his specialty training in Atlanta, Georgia at the Georgia School of Orthodontics. Dr. Sanders has been trained on the most up to date technologies and treatments.We are excited he will be offering those new technologies and treatment options to our patients including Invisalign.

Lucy has lived in the Aztec/Farmington area since 1980. After graduating from Aztec High School in 1996, she began working as a pediatric dental assistant where she had an appreciation working with children and teens. After working there for 4 years, she went to work for a general practice, as a Dental Assistant for 15 years, before coming to Graff Orthodontics in the spring of 2015.

Growing up in a Spanish speaking family, Lucy understands the difficulties and frustrations with language barriers, especially for parents. Lucy loves being able to translate in Spanish/English so patients and families have a full understanding of their future treatment.

Working at Graff Orthodontics has been AWESOME! I love being able to develop relationships with our patients, and seeing their smile transform at the end of treatment is the BEST! My goal is to provide patients with professional service in a fun and exciting environment.

Tonee has been an orthodontic assistant since 2015. She has just recently joined the Graff Staff and is very excited to be a part of such an exceptional team. You will know her to be very personable and she loves to build relationships with every patient. She will always be seen with a smile on her face. Her priority is making sure the patients feel comfortable and at ease. She loves having the privilege to be a part of the rewarding transformation of each patients smile and confidence. Tonee is married to her high school sweetheart and they have a boy and new born baby girl together and a crazy corgi/sheppard mix named Milo. Outside work her family loves to do anything outdoors, especially in the mountains but also loves cozy family nights watching Netflix.

Celia has been working as an assistant for Dr Graff since 2013 and has truly enjoyed the opportunity to work with such a great practice. The most rewarding aspect of what I do is the end result. Celia loves seeing our patients super happy about their new smile as they go through such a dramatic life-changing experience. She also appreciate being a communication bridge with our Hispanic patients.

Annette has 30 years of experience in varying aspects of customer service. She has acquired a deep and throrough understanding within the world of insurance and has become a very important Team Member,assisting our Patients with all of their insurance needs. She understands that getting Orthodontic treatment is a substantial investment and an important commitment that when done properly, will last a life time. She is an advocate for promoting individualized Orthodontic care. Annette is always available and willing to help in any capacity and she works hard to help each patient achieve the level of treatment and personal care they need.

Megan has been working at Graff Orthodontics for a little over two years, as a treatment coordinator. Megan grew up working in her family business. enjoying providing great costumer service to the four corners area all her life. I enjoy meeting new people every day and getting patients on a path to achieve a beautiful smile.

Joanha has been with Graff Orthodontics since 2012. She loves this office and working with patients. She appreciates how meticulous Dr. Graff is with his work and how compassionate he is toward each of his patients. He truly considers them family. Joanha has two crazy children that she loves! They enjoy traveling and being outdoors.

My name is Keshia Begay. I have been with Graff Ortho since 2015. I enjoy being on Ortho Assistant because I love being busy throughout the day. I was a CNA prior to this job. I enjoy working with different people. Providing great smiles is the best thing to do. Dealing with braces is very detailed and thats my favorite part of the whole process. It is also rewarding to see how much change a person can go through. I love being at home with my baby and husband when Im not working. I enjoy being out and about. Also love doing make up in my free time. Whenever I get the opportunity I love to be creative.

Megan has worked for Dr. Graff for close to three years. She has enjoyed every bit of it. After graduating from PVHS in 2014, she has always dreamt of working in the dental field. Her favorite thing about working here is getting to see all of the smiling faces. She worked as an orthodontic assistant first and now she is scheduling coordinator up at the front. She loves all aspects of both those positions. She loves to learn new things and maturing in the practice. Her favorite hobbies are going fishing with her amazing husband on the weekends and putting on their dancing boots for a fun night out.

I started here in September of 2018 and I absolutely love it. I grew up in Durango, CO and moved to Farmington when I turned 18. After I graduated from Durango High School, I lived in Hawaii for 10 years and was a wedding planner. Ive wanted to work in the dental field my whole life! I love to go fishing/ hunting/ camping with my two boys. I also do Zumba in my free-time. I love seeing a smile that can make someones day!

I am the financial coordinator at Graff Orthodontics. I am excited to be able to work with our patients and families for all theirfinancial needs. I am from Fort Collins Colorado, but I have made Farmington New Mexico my home for the last 22 years. I havea son, daughter and husband that I love to spend my time with . We enjoy riding our atv's, going swimming and anyrandomweekend adventure.

I was born and raised in Farmington, New Mexico. I had the honor of playing college softball which led me from state to state. I met so many talented people, friends and mentors. I absolutely love butterflies, they are such graceful creatures. *fun fact- A pair of butterfly wings weigh approximately the same as two rose pedals.I was a patient of Dr. Graffs in 2011 and I was fascinated with how braces could really change someone's life. I have a little sister who has disabilities and Dr Graffs office has always been one of her favorite places. The team made her feel welcomed and loved, she still talks about her braces till this day.

Jasmine was born and raised in Farmington. She graduated from Piedra Vista as a three time state softball champ. Jasmine has two handsome sons, Tiago and Dawson. In her free time, Jasmine enjoys going to the gym, reading, and being with her family. She has three siblings, and three beautiful nieces. Jasmine loves sports and she also coaches Softball on the side. Jasmines favorite thing about being an assistant is to engage in uplifting conversations with her patients.

My name is Teri Nelson, Ive been working in the dental field for 10 years, and have been practicing orthodontics for 4 years. I enjoy working on patients and seeing the end result. Patients leaving with a smile makes all the difference. I enjoy working out and being outdoors. I love spending time with my family and friends outside of work.

I have been with Graff Ortho since March 2021. I absolutely love being a part of this team and helping people fall in love with their smiles everyday. I knew I wanted to work in the dental field since I was little. Graff Ortho helped me so much when I had my braces and I wanted to be able to do the same. I have lived Aztec and Farmington my whole life. I enjoy camping, swimming, and spending time with friends and family. I also have two amazing dogs that are like my children

I am Amber McKnight, I just recently started at Graff ortho as of June 2020, as a records tech. I'm lucky enough to be one of the first people our new patients see and interact with. I enjoy watching the process and seeing the patients' smiles get bigger with every visit they come in. I am a busy mom/step mom of 5 wonderful kiddos. I started work at Graff Orthodontics in July of 2017 as a scheduling coordinator and was soon working in the back as an ortho assistant. I moved with my family to Texas in October of 2018 but am back happy to be working with my Graff family again. Working at Graff Orthodontics is such a rewarding job. Watching the transformation that happens not only in ones smile, but in their confidence is truly amazing!
