Dr. Grady L. Lembke graduated with a B.S. in Zoology from Oklahoma State University in 1995. Upon graduation from OSU, he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 1999 from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. Dr. Lembke attended postgraduate training from the prestigious Pankey Institute as well as Spear Education, two highly respected and renowned training organizations for dentists.

Heather is a native Oklahoman. After graduating from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business, she moved to Edmond where she currently resides. After years in the education field, she was excited about a new opportunity in Dr. Lembkes dental practice. She likes the friendly atmosphere, the staff and patients bring to the office. Heather is married with two children.
Beth was born and raised in Kentucky. She began her dental career at a pediatric office in Arkansas. She enjoys her position in Dr. Lembkes practice, which includes a wide range of responsibilities. Beth is married with two children.
Salem grew up in the Tulsa area and moved to Oklahoma City after college. Before graduating with her Bachelor of Dental Hygiene Degree at the University of Oklahoma, she was a part of the cheer squad at Oklahoma State University. She has been delivering quality care with Dr. Lembke for over a decade with her specific passion in educating patients on how the mouth plays a vital role in overall health.
Outside of dental hygiene, Salem is active in yoga and dance classes, traveling and being outdoors. She enjoys watching her young daughter and son participate in their music and sport activities. Salem believes her experience in parenting a child with complex medical needs helped shape her as a hygienist and person.
Oana was born and raised in Romania. She moved to Oklahoma in 1994. She graduated from Washburn University in Topeka Kansas with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Security Administration. She has been married for 20 years and has two beautiful children. Oana is the number-one fan of Game of Thrones. She also enjoys traveling, cooking and baking her native Romanian cuisine as well as spending time with friends and family.
Scottye was born and raised in Oklahoma. Prior to our office, she came from an extensive oral surgery background. She loves working alongside Dr. Lembke - being able to comfort, assist, and getting to know the patients.

If you are looking for a personable and caring dentist who is highly professional and skilled, Dr. Lembke is a great choice. His office staff is great and helpful. We have been hos patients for years, and highly recommend him.

Dr Lembke is extremely knowledgeable and thorough and I appreciate him taking his time with me answering questions and recommending options for me to improve my home dental care. My hero however is My hygienist Salem. She is very good at her job and cares about my experience. Her advice is sound and her cleanings leave your mouth feeling great without pain. Dr. Lembke and his staff are wonderful! So welcoming and super friendly! Sawyer is fantastic and did a great job cleaning my teeth! Dr. Lembke did great on my fillings. He was super gentle and caring. I highly recommended their office for any dental work!

I can not express how grateful I am for Dr. Lembke. He has guided me through a 4 year process of getting my teeth to a healthy state. After that, he put veneers on both my top and bottom teeth. There are a lot of dentist who are skillful but not many are artistic. The veneer process definitely requires an artistic eye. He did a beautiful job! On another note, We moved my 81 year old father to Edmond around the Thanksgiving Holliday. Dad had not established a relationship with Dr. Lembke at that time. My father had a dental emergency and Dr. Lembke met us up at his office the day before Thanksgiving. He phoned a colleague and dad had emergency surgery that day. On a personal note, he is just a very kind man who cares deeply about his patience. I could not recommend him more.

I used to have the biggest fear of the dentist, but Dr. Lembke really knows what he's doing and is good at making sure you're okay and comfortable through the whole process! He really cares about his patients unlike my past experiences with other doctors and I'm not scared anymore to go!

Dr Lembke is an outstanding dentist. He does excellent work. In addition to routine work, he has fixed crowns and fillings for me that had broken or come loose and the results are excellent -- much better than the originals. The office is very professionally run and everyone makes you feel welcome. Heather at the front desk always is cheerful and welcoming, and goes out of her way to be accommodating. Nicole is an excellent dental hygienist. She's smart, professional, knows her work well, and makes her patients comfortable.

I knew I was at a special dentist office during my first visit. Dr Lembke's professionalism and expertise was refreshing. He composed a treatment plan which helped me understand the complexities of my issues. He was not in a hurry and was very patient with me. Heather and all of the staff are friendly and efficient. I enjoyed watching the resident squirrel munching on the bird food. And the pansies are a nice touch. Happily, they deserve 5 stars from me! Pam

Dr Lembke is amazing! Actually takes the time to explain things in layman's terms. Don't know how he does it, but the shot to numb the area did not hurt at all - which is a first! His office staff & assistant are friendly, efficient, caring and attentive to a patient's needs. Would Very Highly recommend Dr Lembke!

Best. Dentist. Ever. I've been getting godawful dental procedures since I was about 10 years old and as a result have been to a TON of different dentists. I was so desperate to find a dentist who could figure out an innovative solution for me (I have a really complicated issue with my front tooth which means I needed a solution that was as effective as it was aesthetic, because I am a public speaker). Anyways, I started surveying orthodontists to ask them who they felt like was "the best" because I didn't know what else to do. That's how I found Dr Lembke. During my first visit, he came up with an idea that 3 dentists before him could not think of. The women that work at the front desk were the kindest people, both intelligent and friendly. The woman who cleaned my teeth made them whiter than they'd ever been before. All of that to say: this place is the perfect combination of excellence, intelligence, and kindness ("customer service"). You will not find it anywhere else.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Lembke and his staff. From the moment you walk in the door you'll feel welcomed. Even phones calls to setup appointments or questions about insurance, the staff prioritizes you. Nicole is the best hygienist I've ever visited and her attention to detail is on point while carefully cleaning your teeth. My entire family visits Dr Lembke. He's incredibly thoughtful while talking you through the importance dental care and areas that you need to focus. I genuinely look forward to my appointments every 6 months. Thank you Grady!
