Dr. Gradeless is over the top amazing. He is the most caring dentist I have ever been too. All I can say is he is a one in million dentist who genuinely cares about each and every person. I am truly blessed to have found him many years ago.

When a new patient prepares to come into the office for the first time, he or she will meet Dr. Gradeless in a bright and welcoming conference room, rather than the examination room. During this time, Dr. Gradeless will interview the patient in order to really get to know him or her and understand his or her needs before the dental work begins. Hell take time to describe the experience the patient can expect in his office and outline the procedures and services available to specifically meet each patients needs. When it comes to being involved with his patients and their experiences, Dr. Gradeless is not your typical dentist. He goes above and beyond to ensure his patients comfort and confidence in his care.
Patients will never feel like they are being upsold for services they dont need, and because of Dr. Gradeless emphasis on continued education, they will always be offered the latest in dental care. To stay on top of the newest technology, Dr. Gradeless has logged over 100 hours of continuing education in just one year, while most dentists average about 20. By confidently identifying the best treatment plan for each patient and getting to know them on a personal level, Dr. Gradeless creates a comfortable environment in a situation that can otherwise be a source of great stress for many patients.

My family has been getting dental services from Gradeless dental for 25+ years. The office, billing and scheduling are always professionally handled and the staff is very friendly. Dr. Gradeless is a great guy and excellent Dentist. We've always had good outcomes with the procedures that he's completed. He always takes the time to answer questions and describe what he sees and recommends. You won't feel rushed. Lynn is hands down the best Dental Hygienist I've ever had. She is very thorough, has an amazing knowledge of dental hygiene, has great communications skills and has a soft touch. They have stayed current with Dental technology and are always upgrading equipment and tools. You won't be disappointed selecting Dental Gradeless.

Going to Gradeless Dental is more like seeing friends than a dental appointment. The atmosphere is pleasant and when people talk with you they are focused on you, not other things. The office, exam rooms and restroom are spotlessly clean! They always have been, even before the pandemic. My teeth were cleaned pain free and with efficiency.

I called into Gradeless Dental with a dental emergency after my tooth became loose during an accident. I was very worried that I was going to lose my tooth. Kathy, their admin, was so warm and comforting on the phone, assuring me that they could see me immediately. I learned they leave a couple emergency slots open each day. I wasn't even an existing patient. When I got there, she called me by name and they had paperwork ready for me as I walked in the door. I was in a chair getting x-rayed within 10 minutes. Despite not having compatible insurance, it was very cost effective. Dr. Gradeless spent 15-20 minutes educating me on what happened, how to take care of it, and also gave me other recommendations for dental work I should have done. I felt that he was very honest and sincere. He was urging me to get this work done somewhere that would accept my insurance and only told me about their own prices after I asked what it would cost to do it here without insurance. It all felt very fair and there was no pressure. I left feeling very comfortable that my situation would heal and with a plan for future dental work. I have nothing but good things to say about each person I interacted with during my visit. Serendipitously, I ran into Mr. & Mrs. Gradeless at a local restaurant the next day. When they spotted me, they walked over and asked how I was doing. I couldn't be more appreciative of their warmth and expertise. I am very grateful for this experience and would recommend this place to anyone.

Everyone in this extremely clean office was very caring. A great deal of time was spent explaining my TMJ and what options to correct it if I would chose to do so. I have had this problem for a long time and no dentist has explained this.

Dr Gradeless and his staff are friendly and professional. They greet you with a smile when you arrive. They are prompt, and they are efficient at processing you through scheduling, payment, and other paperwork. The office appears to have the most current technology and equipment. Dr Gradeless, the hygienists, and other technicians are thorough and efficient. I highly recommend Gradeless Dental.

This office is terrific! Super professional, friendly, efficient! They start your appointment on time! Dr. Gradeless is an excellent dentist, has done a number of dental procedures for me, and has never hurt me. He has a gentle touch. Brittany and Lynn, the hygienists, are always gentle but thorough. I can't recommend this office highly enough!

My visit this morning was, as usual, a very good experience. Their health and safety protocols exceed state and federal requirements. Cleanliness and sanitation were noticeable. I have been a patient for many years, and I have NEVER had any issues. My 26-year-old daughter has never seen another dentist since her first visit before her second birthday. I highly recommend Gradeless Dental.

Wonderful friendly atmosphere!!! Love their family plan which is especially economical for us since we have Medicare. Medicare does not provide dental care.

The Gradeless Dental team is exceptional. They are incredibly knowledgeable and I have never had to wait for my appointment in the several years I have been a patient there.
