Dr Maureen Thomas was awesome I came in for severe tooth pain , couldn't eat or drink anything and she got me in got it looked and then extracted it all in the same day, her bed side manner was awesome! She talked to me the entire time and tried to keep me calm it was just overall one of the best experiences I've had there!

I had my 1st appointment here in years. Dr pan I believe was the name and her assistant are like the dental dream team. Years ago I had an appointment there that gave me anxiety about going back to the dentist in general because of the treatment I received from a dental hygienist, and an assistant, I can say this place has a much better vibe and I can't put into words how great these 2 are at there jobs and with treating me like a human. I feel much better about going back to this place and can highly recommend them.

If I could give them more stars I would!! Dr. Sunkyo seo was very nice and considerate of my dentist anxiety. He talked me through the whole procedure and I couldn't have asked for a better dentist. 100/10 would recommend!

Worst place ever. The dentist AT FIRST refused to give me a refural or anti biotic until i called repeatedly and complained to her boss. She wanted to take all my teeth 1 tooth at a time and with no anti biotics. With 6 weeks between visits. She clearly wanted to make me suffer and wanted as many appointment as she could get outta my insurance. I asked for a refural to u of m. She was very rude and then she said she would not see me anymore. when i called her boss. She finally sent over the prescription for anti biotics and she printed a referal to u of m and had the nurse give it to me. She never sent the refural to u of m or the x rays to u of m so they could not schedule anything without the dentist uploading the referal and x rays. I have been trying for over a year. so hear a year later i have called u of m many times and they still waiting for the refural and x rays that the dentist never sent them. I cant get my appointments because this dentist refuses to send the actual refural and has made me suffer through many appointments having single teeth removed. Having broken teeth cutting my mouth and choking on breaking teath. This place has gone to extremes to make me have many many appointment at there place instead of just 2 or 3 visits to u of m and it all be done. I have been approved for my dentures for a year and they are not trying to help. This place ONLY CARES ABOUT HOW MUCH MONEY AND HOW MANY APPOINTMENTS THEY CAN GET.

I was nervous to bring my children here in the middle of a pandemic. There is no way to wear a mask with your mouth open and it's an open concept dental office with beds next to each other in 1 big room with a few small, a bit (still pretty open tho) more private, rooms on the edge. But I have 1 child about to head off to college and I want to make sure he is up to date on all his check ups. So I brought them in last week. I paid very close attention, and they did a good job keeping everything sanitized. They remembered to sanitize everything except the sunglasses. They gave my younger child a pair of sunglasses to wear while they cleaned her teeth. When they were done and were cleaning the tools they used on her teeth, they hung the sunglasses she used on a caddy on their desk with all the other sunglasses. I sat there for a while longer waiting for my other child. No one touched the glasses again. So I'm positive that was not the dirty pile. If they use them to protect the eyes from spit/splatter, then it could have splatters of germs on the lenses. We can also never forget the good ol rule of not putting things on your head after other people or you could get head lice. I really think they should clean these! My children and I have been coming here for years and I've never noticed this about them before. I am just gonna bring sunglasses in next time. I see they responded below. But their statement is NOT true!!! I already said the sanitizing efforts on behalf of Grace Dental were good other than the sunglasses. I saw them hang the sunglasses with the others, at least 10 more. I also saw other patients coming in sitting in the chair my daughter was just in. So they put the sunglasses with all the clean 1's so they could wait for us to leave and re-clean ALL of them? Since it cross contaminated the others? I was really hoping they would see this review and it would dawn on them that they didn't think about the sunglasses, prob solved. But they respond with denial and a whole extra procedure that didn't happen. If you are more concerned about covering yourself then admitting you are still figuring it out, then I'm not comfortable that you care more about our safety and will fix it.

They sent me to u of m for an extraction claiming medicaid would cover sedation if i went there. Yeah no they dont. Just drove 2 hours to ann arbor wasted a tank if gas and lost a day of work because they are clueless. To top it off every time i go there i get a different dentist with completely differing opinions on whats going to happen with my teeth. You have pulled out half my teeth and put nothing in to replace them. Now my jaw locks up and hurts to chew i get constant headaches and i now grind my teeth. So thanks for screwing up my jaw and wasting my time. Worthless dentist office do NOT go here if your trying to actually fix your teeth because they wont do it. They clearly dont know how!

Just left Grace Hellhole Dentistry where I was told I couldn't be seen bc I wouldn't pay copays. I have insurance where I can not be charged copays. She obviously had no knowledge of insurance or what she was talking about. My last cleaning, no problem with my insurance at all. Receptionist was Laura, small build, brown hair If you must go there, don't let her wait on you.
