This place is bogus and incompetent. They destroyed a good tooth so they can do a procedure now im paying to fix everything because of it.

(Translated by Google) Alert!!!! Alert!!!! I put 00000 five zeros!!! Terrible service, both from one of the receptionists and from the dentist, it is very monetary !!! she only looks for you and looks for how to get your money and when you don't accept her plans to get a bone and an implant, when she pulls out your tooth she breaks your own bone, she's terrible as a dentist, she does everything on the run to serve more patients, that's why she does such a bad job!!! With a simple tooth extraction it complicates your life, it does not have to break the bone of the gum it is horrible because later you cannot put a movable bridge it is to sue it (Original) Alerta!!!! Alerta!!!!

My partner went in for a tooth extraction and received absolutely no aftercare. Told to take ibuprofen and went on her way. No instructions either! I had to look those up, myself, and tell her and hope what I was reading was correct considering I'm not a dentist! Then when she complained of absolutely agonizing pain and is very scared something is very wrong, simply mocked her for having a 'low pain tolerance' (she said this to someone who has been in pain almost her entire life for various chronic health problems, who has walked off being hit by a car, and has walked off her knee being violently dislocated despite having major issues with it) and refused to do anything about it. Even mocked her AGAIN for not brushing her teeth enough (even though she explained that she grew up in a neglectful household where she wasn't taught/told to). We're now looking into emergency dentists in the area to see what is wrong with the previously VERY infected tooth and hopefully she'll receive some compassionate care rather than this abysmal, neglectful excuse for care.
