I love them they're so good and everyone's nice and patient I did a cleaning today and it came out so nice and clean and it was really fast too! The lady that did my cleaning was so sweet and informative. I've been to other dentist before that weren't good at all and just scared me from coming back but THIS IS THE BEST ONE.

If I can give negative stars I would. The office is unorganized and loses documents. They cause me to lose out on work thrrough my insurance because they kept misplacing and having info sent over to them for months and telling me to wait to the point I no longer had the Insurance. The doctors are ridiculous, they had someone do my fillings who had messed them up so much. The filling melded 3 teeth together. They "fixed" it which my new office is telling me they'd have to put a special request to my new insurance to have the it fixed again. Asked twice about a gum issue they disregarded and told me wasn't an issue. Through just looking my new dentist said the issue has worsened and could've been stopped and fixed before it got bad if they just checked it out.Would tell whoever to avoid this place.

the front desk with the red hair is extremely disrespectful. rolling her eyes, yelling and the attitude is not okay. i made an appt. for 2 pm and they made me leave work at 1, if i wasnt there by 1 than they couldnt see me because there wasnt time to do work.. but when i got there they didnt even do anything, told me to come back. also the front lady said i denied services which isnt true at all, i was in so much pain that i couldn't wait. thankfully i went someone else and got my root canal done the next day. will never come back.

Call there and ask to look into Insurance for work that has to be done .They say there going to get back to me and never does.called about 6 times over a period of a month.

My family has been using this Dental office for several years now. Front desk is always welcoming,organized and knowledgeable. Hygienists are gentle and efficient. Dr. Cherian is always courteous and informative. Never pushes for unnecessary work. There has been some turnover in staff since I started. Overall very happy and highly recommend this practice.

Very nice staff and the Doctor is very good and calming while he works on your tooth. The dentist is not my favorite place to go but I feel comfortable with the Doctor.

I've been seeing Dr. Cherian and his team for years and would have happily continued, but the new hire at the front with the tattoo on her face is so incredibly rude that I cannot justify the 25 minute drive that I make multiple times a year to come here. I came for an appointment that was scheduled months in andvance, annd upon checkin, she couldn't find my name. She immediately accused me of not having an appointment and turned to the other staff who found it within seconds and checked me in. My appointment went smoothly, they always do. No complaints with Dr. Cherian. When I was done and checking out, she started off the interaction with an eye roll and asked if I'd had a slew of procedures done during my appointment. Unfortunately I'm a doctor, but not a dentist. I have no idea what procedures were done in the midst of my appointment. This angered her. I do apologize and will try to earn my DMD if I'm ever forced to return back to this office so I can better assist her at doing her job. We are our staff. The front desk is the first indication of what the rest of an appointment will be like at a doctors appointment, dentists appointment, any appointment. All in all it was a terrible experience dealing with her and I hope Dr. Cherian takes this review to heart and corrects this problem.

It's never a pleasant experience for me going to a dentist but everyone in this office, from front to back, always makes me feel comfortable and they are so sympathetic to my feelings. I'm so lucky to live near Grace Dental. Thank you.

I am on LI looking for an apartment and had somewhat of an emergency, a problem with my gums. I googled dentists in the area and this practice had excellent ratings and was close by. I made an appointment but due to nav problems was half an hour late. They were very understanding and told me to still come in. The dentist that treated me, Dr Cherian was awesome! He is very soft spoken and especially kind! He diagnosed the problem immediately, with great patience for all my questions. I could not have asked for anyone more perfect. He was unable to treat it but gave me a recommendation for an endodontist in the area. Even though I just met him, I trust his judgment implicitly and will make an appointment asap. Thank you Dr Cherian and your wonderful staff!!!

From my husbands treatment to all my fillings and cleaning they have never disappointed. Being a busy mom of 3 they always show compassion understanding and much grace towards my kids when I have no choice but to bring them with me

Highly recommend this facility for all your dental needs - from sleep appliances to dental needs and even the zoom teeth whitening- the dentists and staff are so friendly and knowledgeable!!

I will strongly recommend this dental office to anyone. They are extremely polite, professional, and helpful on your needs for your teeth. I must add.... they are EXCELLENT with children.
