It doesn't seem clean to me. very unprofessional, from receptionist to the doctor / assistant I don't know who was he. I went to check up on my in-laws and I cancelled my & my wife's appointment.

I was stressing over a broken tooth and having it covered by my insurance. Pita helped explain the process and definitely made me feel good about the situation. She was professional and friendly. I finally found my new dental office. Great service and great staff.

I'm leaving 5 stars because they absolutely deserve it. I was actually spooked to come here because of some of the terrible reviews from some folks. Being the weirdo that I am I booked two dental appointments back to back at two different offices. The first office told me I needed 3 root canals, and when I came here they said I just needed 1 filling. They aren't greedy and the front desk lady is super cool and funny, her names Pita.

Some of the dentist and dental assistants here are real nice but in the multiple times I've been there they are always so rushed! I don't enjoy being on my back, being vulnerable and having people clean my teeth with such force and speed. I left an appointment and cried immediately because there was such a lack of care and humanity to the treatment. Being treated in such a rushed state left my gums hurting as well. I know we are all stretched thin these days but I've been worried about my teeth for sometime and I wish they were treated with more care. Grace Dental, please slow down and care for your patience better.

Please "DO NOT" come to this dental practice, they treat patient with no respect. We schedule appointment 6 months ahead and confirmed a day prior coming, show up on time and receive an on spot cancelation. The staff really got an attitude problem. It's hard to find customer but in a split minute, they lost group of existing and potential customer as we're all switching to quality practice with respect and better staff attitude/service.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE dentistry they are just about the money!! NEVER about the patient!! Please do not use this dentist under any circumstances. I do understand that there are very few dentist that take MediCal but believe me a butcher would be kinder, more empathetic, or maybe actually care about the craftsmanship of his work! I am determietly deathly afraid of dentist. I always have been even as a small child yet I have always been transparent on the thousands of forms they ask you to complete. This office has no interest in the comforts, or needs of their patients. Just the monetary payment of MediCal. After the very first appointment in which I felt herderd like cattle, and unheard. I expressed my feelings, I asked for the office manager to reach out to me be before the second visit. No one ever reached out, and on the second visit this dentist literally ripped my upper lip disfiguring my mouth. A "simple" extraction took over 2 months to heal. I literally waited until the temporary crown cracked and fell off before returning having no choice but to return to this dentist, one being that they had my permanent crown and two insurance purposes I reluctantly came in. Unfortunately now what was supposed to be a mold of the temporary crown, the permanent crown is 5 sizes too big I have an enormous eye tooth. I cannot close my mouth. My mouth no longer has a natural nor normal resting place. I bite the insides of my lips and jaws when trying to chew and now my neck and jaws hurt from contorting my mouth trying to eat or keep my mouth closed.. The dentist informed me that all crowns were bulky, the assistant stated I should give it a few days. In the meantime he refuses to shape or contour HIS mistake. This dentist solidifies for me the nefarious intent of yet ANOTHER dentist!! At this point I'm ready to take a hammer to his work and have a hole there at least I'll be able to close my mouth, eat, and chew without bleeding..... There is no grace at grace dental I'm just getting started

This place is shady. Everybody tells you something different and they have been highly unprofessional. They lied to me about what my insurance would cover and made errors on pre-approvals they sent out. Unfortunately I did have cavities filled here which was a highly painful experience due to the misplacement of the novacaine. The fillings were not properly filed down so I have all these ridges and rough spots for someone else to fix. Moving on.....

Cavities = Filled! Any dental-related work is always a nerve-racking procedure - and I have developed this particular phobia when it comes to visiting the dentist! But I have to say, Dr. Sorooshiani really made me feel comfortable by explaining the procedures. She is very knowledgeable (and funny) and explains why she's performing any particular procedure, which as a patient, I highly appreciated it. The staff is also really friendly and professional. This place is very clean and well-maintained during the COVID pandemic - definitely beats the previous places I've been to.

I highly recommend this office. I had to have a tooth extraction and I was so worried. It literally took 10 mins. I felt no pain during the procedure and it healed almost overnight. The staff is very thorough and helpful. It is by far the best experience I've ever had with a dental office.
