I went in because I couldn't open my mouth wide without excruciating pain, they told me they couldn't take X-rays or do anything because I couldn't open my mouth wide enough, and told me to find another dentist. Weeks later they told me I "missed my appointment" because they didn't have any X-rays.

I went in as a new patient they first did the x-rays on my teeth the equipment they use is super old and outdated I literally was expected to hold the tools , they kept retaking the images so my mouth is so much in pain..the actual dentist literally ask me only one question any pain and was done he wasn't even with me for 1 minute ridiculous...you can tell all the employees hate working there none were nice

They have you wait a long time and they help patients that came in after you, before they see you

Worce place ever desk lady is soooo rude that is Mexican worce customers service ever and waited 45 both times to have someone to see me at my appointment.

Very happy with my dental work I got done here! They did a good job with my teeth and the front office were really nice the only problem I have is that ther to far but worth taking the 30min drive other then that no complaints from me.

This dental office never answer the phone. I have left 8 voice messages in the last 6 months for an appointment, with no call back. Sad!

Dear Grace Dental! Please please please put someone with some proper manners at the reception desk. Whoever the lady is, is very impolite disrespectful and full of arrogant. And Miss Receptionist if you are reading this comment, try to learn manners. I wish I could see your own family's reviews about you

Drove an HOUR away from Merced, I called to say I was running 8 minutes behind. Apparently their office policy Is anything after 5 minutes is rescheduled. I've never heard of ANY facility not having at least a 10 minute grace period. Apparently the doctor goes home at 4:05pm, but my appointment was at 4pm, so not sure what difference 8 minutes makes, but maybe you should schedule appointments at a time that the doctor would actually have time to see patients. Also their website says they close at 6pm. Do not come to a facility that truly does not care about their patients.

It's nice I really don't have any complaints. I honestly didn't give it a five-star because I'm just not used to the place it has a very small waiting room. But honestly the workers are the nicest ladies ever and they really try to help you out. Definitely would recommend

I'm currently a patient at Grace Dental. Don't go here. I am literally attempting to contact them for the third day. I've had problems with the 'temporary ' dentures since the Novocain and Pain meds wore off. I had all uppers removed a month ago. At first after my teeth were pulled they put this cushioned type stuff in the denture. I didn't notice how rough and sharp edged they were actually made. After about a week that cushion wore off. Now the inside of the dentures are not fit for anyone's mouth. Especially with healing gums. I'm very disappointed and upset about this. Yes, the staff are friendly and make you feel comfortable. But when I went back 10 days ago, with a sore mouth they did nothing. He messed with the dentures, but no difference. No cushioning offered. Ouch! What good are pain pills if your mouth is torn up by what seems like sandpaper and gravel lined dentures? Good grief. Please research and call around. I didn't do great homework sadly .I was referred. I cannot eat soft food. Super loose and floppy! . Obviously difficult to contact for an appointment.( Still trying) Definitely not your typical professional office. The extraction went well. Great oral surgeon. So one star .

Terrible experience, went there for the first time and was told at 9:40 that the reason my appointment at 9:00 was taking too long was because there were no beds yet patients were still being called back.. I asked to speak to supervisor & immediately their body language changed and were very dismissive to me their PATIENT ! Rescheduled for the next day to only get a call from them saying the doctor decided not see me due to what happen ..UNPROFESSIONAL // VERY BIASED

As an honest person, and I have always been terrified of dentist in my past. Grace dental is far more the best dentist I've had. They were gentle and so kind. I would recommend anybody to grace dental.

I'm not a person who likes dentist at all I'm terrified of them, and this experience didn't help it was absolutely horrible experience, in and out like a factory, not gentle at all and very rough

Being the son of a Dentist, I have been spoiled all my life. However, my experience with Dr. S, was beyond my expectations. He was caring, knowledgeable, On time but above all competent. Two thumbs up.

this place was insanely creepy. when you first walk into the building, they have three very dirty looking chairs outside for a waiting room. in the lobby they have a bunch of chairs all lined up facing the wall for no apparent reason. the form that they have you fill out before the appointment asked some really odd questions which I'm pretty sure were unnecessary. i am a minor so at every dental office I've been to, my parent was allowed to come back with me. however, grace dental did not allow my mom to come back with me, which is very scary. We ended up cancelling the appointment, i was very uncomfortable. please be careful about bringing your kids here.

I have always found the staff and doctors to be polite and very professional. The doctors are very quick. They get you in and out on time. I've never had any pain but I'm also not that sensitive. So take that with a grain of salt. Over all, nothing to complain about.
