Dr. Laurene Grabill started working for her father, Robert W. Gruszka, DDS, the summer after 8th grade. Upon completion of High School, she attended Temple University School of Dental Hygiene. While working as a Dental Hygienist for her father, she discovered that she wanted to advance her career in dentistry. Her Pre-Dent requirements were met at Neumann College, and In August of 1993, Laurene started Dental School at Temple University.
Upon Graduation in 1997, she joined her fathers dental practice. In December of 2000, they incorporated and became Gruszka, DDS and Grabill, DMD. Dr. Gruszka and Dr. Grabill practiced in two locations, Swarthmore and Chester, PA. Laurene continued to run both practices after her fathers death in 2003. Running two practices became too much with two young children, so Dr. Grabill closed the Swarthmore practice and continued to practice in Chester, until December of 2006.
In late 2006, Dr. Grabill was presented with an opportunity to move her practice to West Chester. As Laurene is a resident of West Chester Borough, this allowed her to spend more time with her family. Laurene has dedicated herself to providing the West Chester area with the highest quality general and cosmetic dentistry, as well as facial esthetics, while maintaining a friendly and family-oriented environment. She remains an active member of both the American Dental Association and the Pennsylvania Dental Association.
Dr. Grabill is Past President of the Second District Dental Society. She is proud to continue serving the Dental Society of Chester and Delaware Counties as Past President. Laurene is also a Fellow of the International College of Dentists. Additionally, she is a member of the American Academy of Facial Esthetics and the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine.
Dr. Grabill has been on the faculty of The American Academy of Facial Esthetics since 2018. She travels all around the country, instructing new injectors. Laurene has been trained extensively in Botox, Fillers and PDO threads.
Laurene volunteers her services to the Give Kids a Smile Program, helping to give local underserved children the dental care they need and deserve. She also volunteers her services to the PA Donated Dental Services, Children of Chernobyl, and as a National Childrens Dental Health Month Volunteer. Dr. Grabill places great importance on staying abreast of the latest technologies and techniques. She and her team attend regular continuing education seminars and provide a full range of products, services, and the latest technology.
Our state-of-the-art family and cosmetic dental facility is conveniently located in the West Chester Borough. Along with standard dental procedures, Grabill Family Dentistry is also an Invisalign, and GLO Teeth Whitening provider.
We can provide you with an array of services including: GLO whitening, crowns and bridges, porcelain veneers, full and partial dentures, endodontics, and fillings. In addition, our office features the latest in digital x ray technology.

We live over 2 hours away, but it is well worth the trip for the professional and personal service. My family of 4 includes 2 with special needs, and we make appointments to include all at the same time. Dr Grabill insures all are accommodated even for challenging needs. Well worth it.

Dr. Grabill and her staff are so friendly and kind! This was my first time back to the dentist in a few years and they made me feel welcomed and comfortable in coming back to the dentist after so long. I am always concerned that a dentist appointment for a check up and cleaning will be painful, but her staff made sure that I had minimal pain and talked me through each step of my appointment -- from the cleaning to each x-ray they had to take. I am happy to say that I'm looking forward to my next appointment at Dr. Grabill's office!

As someone who has always dreaded going to the dentist, I was apprehensive when I first scheduled my appointment with Dr. Grabill, but it turned out my fears were unfounded. Everyone was exceptionally pleasant, and any nerves I had at the beginning of my appointment quickly went away. The staff was not only extremely nice, they were also fun and very good at their jobs. I can honestly say that my appointment with Dr. Grabill and her group was by far the best dental experience I have ever had!

Dr. Grabill has been taking care of my dental health for nearly 11 years. Most people do not like going to the dentist, but she makes you feel at ease at all times. Whitney is the hygienist, she's very gentle and caring. The staff is very welcoming the environment is relaxed. If you're looking for Dental practice look no further!

I would give them 10 stars if I could!!! The staff at GFD are always friendly and professional, and the environment is welcoming. This weekend I was traveling and broke a front tooth Monday night at the airport in Michigan. Dr. Grabill met me at the office early on Tuesday, did a root canal and a temporary crown and got me to work on time, pain free!!! I'm also a patient for the facial aesthetic services and couldn't be happier!

Dr. Grabill & her staff are totally awesome!!! Never a long wait. Almost never any pain. She removed a tooth in 0.6 seconds!!! I love this dental group.

As always, mostly every 3 mos, I was treated perfectly well by Dr. Grabill and her wonderful staff...even the parking is convenient for the late afternoon appointments I need to accommodate my schedule. I always have fantastic experiences when I go...thanks Doc!!

I had horrible pain in my tooth and live 2 hours away. I couldn't go home so I called hoping they would be able to get me in and she scheduled for that day a half hour after I called! I appreciated it so much! You guys are awesome :)

Dr. Grabill and the entire staff are always pleasant, the dental work has always been perfect. I travel a distance and probably pass a dozen dental offices on my way to West Chester from Garnet Valley. I've never tried the rest because I am happy with the best.
