The staff at Woodland Academy is dedicated and committed to giving your child culturally sensitive and academically appropriate experiences as they mature and develop from children into young men and women. Much of our staff has been with Woodland Academy since its beginning, creating a close, family-oriented atmosphere that is critical in childcare.

We offer quality early care and learning to children of parenting teens, working parents and others enrolled in vocational training programs. Lesson plans include creative, developmentally appropriate activities, art and music activities and special trips.

We proudly offer complete after-school care services in our state-of-the-art after school wing, complete with a computer lab for students from five to 14 years old. In this program, students participate in music, arts and crafts, homework assistance, computer literacy programs, life skills and educational games.

Place is clean, not to many people in the waiting area, because of the virus most appointments over the phone, staff is friendly and helpful.there is an in house pharmacy, I finally got my new therapist today, very nice lady.i got in and out on very fast today,

Every single time I schedule an appointment, I get a cancel call. I have been going to gpha for my children I have been trying to get my newborn baby's vaccines for the entire summer. His appointments have been cancelled. So today December 2, we had an appointment for 2pm. Pediatric usually allow infants to go in the back waiting room, however with this visit today, we had to stand in line to get registered that took about 20 mins so we lost out appointment time. They told us to wait for a cancellation, after an hour we were told to just reschedule for another day. Completely unprofessional!! Also at GPHA THEY DONT CHECK TEMPS FOR COVID 19, YOU HAVE YO FIL OUT A QUESTIONAIRE ABOUT YOUR SYMPTOMS, ANYONE COULD HAVE COVID AT GPHA!! FRANKFORD LOCATION.

On 2/2/21 my phone appt. was scheduled for 3:30 p.m. Received a call at 3:30 to check me in, was told doctor will call me within an a half hour to 45 minutes!!!! I explained that it was not acceptable for I wasn't home sitting around watching t.v. I was at work and had sat the appointment time aside so that I will be available. She said would you like to rescheduled??!!! I said NO because the same thing will happen again!..... Dr. called at 4:30!!! said what she needed to tell me..... I couldn't get a word in edge wise! Said she would send prescriptions over to my pharmacy. I called on pharmacy on 2/3 no prescriptions. I called GPHA back said a nurse will call me. No nurse called. Called pharmacy today 2/4 no prescriptions. Called GPHA back said will send prescriptions today. Left my other Health Center because they were not attentive to my needs and it feels like I never left!!!

The worst experience. They don't know what they're doing. I'm expecting and had an appointment to get checked out to make sure everything is okay with the baby. After coming in twice in one day because they said they couldn't see and to come back, they gave me another day. I told them that I done came in twice and waited for 40 minutes both times and really just wanted to check for at least the heartbeat. They told me that there's was nothing they could do.

I've called this place 20 time this morning and they keep hanging up the phone on me or answer and talk to other patients in the back round then we you get thru they say you have the wrong number and repeat it back to you and its the right number!!!!! please get your phone channels in order and you staff because there just as RUDE!

I would love to give a zero, but I can't! All the receptionist have really nasty attitude especially the one on the middle! The first one she's light skin was on the phone talking personal stuff and not doing her job! First and last time here would not come here at all ! Unprofessional!!

Paperwork lost, forgot who I was I couldn't remember why I was here, I was so frustrated I had to leave . When I came back, it wasn't any better. Nothing but not as busy it still seems an organized in hurdy gurdy. 0. Running around not knowing what they're doing. And so on.
