Over 30+ years Dr. Goth has build a stellar reputation involving his expertise as a double degree Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. Guided by his extensive training and superb surgical skills, Dr. Goth is fully qualified to treat virtually any disease, injury or defect in the Oral Facial region. In a addition, he has extensive experience in the field of dental implantology and TMJ disorders.

Deeply committed to improving the quality of his patients lives, he treats those afflicted with ailments, diseases, and injuries of the oral and facial regions. He takes great satisfaction in restoring his patients smiles, and their normal oral functions, after dental extractions. Moreover, he acknowledges the trust that they place in him to accomplish these objectives. Treating people of all ages, Dr. Goth pays special attention to the needs of his elderly patients, many of whom suffer from multiple medical problems.

He is highly skilled in the placement of dental implants, and performing the bone-grafting procedures that may be necessary in preparation for their insertion. Dr. Goth is highly proficient in the extraction of wisdom teeth, and dentoalveolar surgery. He is proud that his patients rarely have major post-operative complaints, and in turn experience minimal downtime. Another advantage that Dr. Goths patients enjoy is a wide selection of anesthetic alternatives, such as complete general anesthesia, conscious sedation, IV sedation, and local anesthesia.

He is one of only a few doctors in North America to offer low-level laser therapy (LLLT), which decreases pain and swelling following his surgical procedures. Its also one of the many surgical and non-surgical treatments he offers patients with temporomandibular joint disorder (TMJ), as it helps control the pain of TMJ, and other arthritic and muscular disorders. In addition, LLLT treats healing disorders of the jaw following dental extractions. LLLT also, can be a therapeutic aid to enhance healing for those patients who suffer oral complications from osteopenia and osteonecrosis, due to the intake of oral biphosphonates which can inhibit post-operative healing.

Among his many impressive achievements, besides earning his DMD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Goth successfully pursued a double degree, and received an M.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and is licensed as a physician and a dentist in Pennsylvania and Florida.

Albert J. Massucci, DC has over 34 years of experience in helping patients improve their health and overcome the pain and symptoms of musculoskeletal conditions. After completing his undergraduate studies in biology at the University of Pittsburgh, he obtained his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Sherman College of Chiropractic in Spartanburg S.C. as a Magna Cum Laude graduate where he was inducted into Pi Tau Delta Honorary Society. In addidtion, he served as president of his class and of the student body.

Dr. Massucci practiced in very high volume Chiropractic offices where he served as clinic director and supervisor of rehabilitation and adjunctive therapies as well as being in private practice. He has also served as the area director for the Chiropractic Fellowship of Pennsylvania and has lectured on health and wellness in local schools and civic organizations.

Dr. Massucci continuously furthers his ability in helping his patients improve their health by maintaining on ongoing education in Chiropractic and musculoskeletal treatment. He is one of the first 100 university certified laser practitioners on the U.S.A.

Dr. Massucci brings an outstanding practitioners background to GPC Laser Therapy to help treat patients affected with TMJ problems, and head and neck pain. In addition, utilizing techniques such as myotherapy and laser therapy, he treats patients with other pain syndromes including neck, back, sciatica, carpal tunnel and plantar fasciitis.

Let me start by saying that due to several past dentist experiences gone wrong, I have major anxiety about dentists. My tooth cracked and became infected so it needed to come out. Every single dentist was booked 6 months out. Dr Goth got me in quickly and took care of it with no pain. He and his office staff are friendly and amazing. I would go back in a heartbeat although I hope I dont have to.

I had 3 teeth pulled and I was so nervous. Dr Goth told me he would take really good care of me and he did. Very good bedside manner and was compassionate about how I was feeling. Vicky my nurse was also wonderful. I would recommend them to everyone.

Dr. Goth's office is incredible. The entire staff treated me with nothing but love and care... Everyone is incredibly personable which is great for people who get nervous. I also admire Dr. Goth's confidence, when he told me I was in good hands I truly believed him. Thank you, all

I expressed to the woman at the counter when I arrived...as well as on the phone when I scheduled my consultation for surgery that I have severe anxiety about dentistry and have a history of panic attacks while even getting Xrays. My Fiance was refused permission to stay with me due to Covid....OK. The next patient was walked back with TWO caregivers, yet I wasn't even allowed one. But that isn't even the reason for my low review. After being made aware of how I was already feeling (with no consideration or compassion, mind you) the woman that was to call me back was walking about the office, mask down and eating her lunch! She calls me back with her automated greetings to me "How are you". I again expressed I'm extremely anxious and not feeling well because of my anxiety. Again, no consideration or compassion was showed to me, even in the slightest. I was walked in to a room and told, not asked politely, but told to remove my hat. I simply asked why and her response was, "Why does it matter?" At this point, I wasn't feeling very friendly anymore. She then kept her same, rude tone while asking me about piercings and my necklace. I've had many xrays in my life for many reasons, as well as surgery. I am aware of what my rights are as a patient regarding removing items like facial jewelry and such. She didn't like that I refused to remove my plastic Monroe Piercing....which is absolutely not necessary. She simply chose to be nasty still, and I get again expressed that I was very anxious and uncomfortable. She basically threw the lead apron on to me before going and talking to the Dentist. At this point, the lady from the counter came back and asked what was wrong. Yet AGAIN I expressed my discomfort as the dental assistant came back and tried to shove the foam rolls into my mouth. I was then told to "sit back and relax if I wanted my face fixed". Well, this dentistry isn't the only dentistry on earth, the care was horrible, the compassion was non existant so I left. My care is now being handled properly by a more reputable and more kind Dentist, whom has also taken in other upset clients who were treated poorly by Goth and his employees.

Dr. Goth himself should not be practicing medicine. I woke up towards the end of my wisdom teeth extraction, I had my eyes opened and made audible noises that I could feel what he was doing. He proceeded to tell me "Don't talk buddy its almost over". I could feel him pulling a wisdom tooth out as well as stitching my gums. My surgery was right before COVID really hit so they closed about 3 weeks following my surgery. I had full numbness in my lower lip and chin. I was told they would call me back when they reopen (understandable with the virus). I was never given a call back and it took 3 months to get feeling back in my chin and lip. Do not go here. May I add he stitched my cheeks over the extraction holes......
