I've been seeing Dr. Chen for my Invisalign for a year, he's very patient and answers all my questions, thumbs up to his professionalism. Nice office and super friendly staffs. Highly recommended!

Dr. Chen is most likely the best dentist you will find in Queens and possibly the country. His impeccable attention to detail and calm, patient demeanor creates a comfortable experience and top of the line care. Dr. Chen has a passion for dentistry that reveals itself every step of the process. The team at GP Dental are also outstanding. I walked in as an emergency with excruciating pain from a dental abscess. It was without a doubt, the most painful thing I have ever experienced. They were able to fit me in the schedule which I appreciate so much. The medical receptionist was very professional and welcoming. I've had multiple bad dentist experiences ranging from unbearable pain to overall embarrassment, my past experiences left me never wanting to step foot in a dentist office ever again for a few years, but for my health it's definitely necessary to do so more often. I honestly didn't think a dentist office like this existed, and I recommend everyone I know to come here now. I would definitely recommend this office!

Dr. Chen is a phenomenal! Dentist. Other dentists I went to prior to him lied to me saying I needed a root canal, but when I went to Dr. Chen he told me there was no need to do a root canal. He put biodentin in, it healed my tooth decay and then he did a minor filling. He's passionate about his work, very meticulous, and really cares about his patients.

Wisdom tooth extraction is really cheap here! And the doctor's technique is very good, and it can be done in a single stroke. It's amazing, it doesn't hurt at all, and the wound healed in two days!

Front desk are patient and very helpful. Office is clean and tidy. And thanks to Dr. Harold Chen, He is very professional and nice to his patient. I have a very good experience for my root canal treatment. Definitely will recommend other friends to come here. 5 stars!

Dr. Chen told me my thicken gums and white line on bottom teeth gum as well as white spots on top of my gum as nothing and it's nothing when I visited him last week. Today I found out my condition can turn into cancer. He just quickly took a look and didn't give too much attention because they were busy. My children and me have been here for years and I'm disappointed in the fact he missed oral cancer, while he could be right my other dentist told me to come visit every week to make sure it's not which I appreciate and he tells me it's nothing...

I won't muddy my review with complaints about GP Dental and Dr. Chen, just the last offence. I went for my check up but no xrays were taken. The hygienist referred back to my xrays and I corrected him that I had none taken. I had an issue with my tooth so he called in Dr. Chen and again he's looking at my old xrays. That day, I mentioned to the hygienist, Dr. Chen and the receptionist that I had no xrays taken. When my insurance explanation of benefits arrived in the mail, Dr. Chen's office had billed for xrays. I called my dental insurance and informed them that none were taken. After my insurance had contacted GP Dental, I received a letter from Dr. Chen saying that he can longer treat me. Shame on you Dr. Chen and GP Dental for billing for services not rendered.
